I bought their product a few years ago and got my brushes on time before I bought another one a few months later without the known issues people have said. Then I’ve checked their website about a year ago to not seeing anything about brushes so I figured something happened to their website or went out of business. Now just looking it up again since I need another brush, I noticed that I’m getting errors trying to purchase it about “if you’re the website owner you don’t have access to change the site, but if you’re a customer, contact the owner”. Huh? When did they go downhill? I loved their bushes and it really helped my teeth. I had zero problems with them. Sad because it was a great company before this happened. But last year, I did notice sudden spam emails from them that never used to be in my junk folder. I feel like something happened to them along the way because two times I’ve gotten my products without any issues until now. Can’t even buy it at all. But now I don’t trust it after seeing other reviews about their cards being stolen for fraud.

The worst company ever – don’t buy from them! It all started when I tried to subscribe via their website and got an error message. A few days later, I realised the company had taken payment for two subscriptions without me receiving any confirmation or invoice. I’ve written to them four times over the last month and haven’t received a single reply…

I ordered some brushes for my mom last month. Got an email saying they would send them, but no shipping email and no brushes. Their email doesn't work and their web page is gone. Looks like they've gone out of business.

I purchased the white Brevi Brush 2 months ago. Never received my order. No response to emails. I sent an email stating I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I received no response but an email with a tracking number that it was shipped. I received the wrong item…a wooden toothbrush. I attempted to email them and my email was returned as undeliverable. I tried to go to the website for 3 days now and the website says error no domain found. I am going to try to dispute with my credit card.

I ordered a toothbrush back on February 9th., it’s now been a few days shy of 6 weeks and I have not received my item. Like so many others here, I am frustrated and have not received any responses on my order status. No real phone number to call either. Terrible company that I would never use again. I filed a claim with my bank. Stay away!

I signed up with my gmail using +brevi. Now I'm starting to receive spam emails from companies I never heard of sent to that email address. Keep away!!

A big scam!
Although the first orders went pretty well (endless delay).
The last one was cut short since nothing was sent and no one answers.
Site to avoid absolutely!

Company won't contact me back regarding canceling a subscription. The phone number rings 3 times and then disconnects. Had to put a block on my credit card to stop the recurring charge.

They took the payment for one brush on my credit card, even though I didn't finalize the transaction on the checkout screen, and my credit card company phoned me and told me it was taken fraudulently and I had to get my card replaced.
Something didn't add up about the free delivery; before I checked out, they said I needed to spend another $16 to get free shipping, but on the checkout screen the free shipping was included for the price of one brush. They also sent 13 nuisance emails over ten days. Avoid these people.

The product does not meet the expectations. On the website it looks incredibly high quality meanwhile in real life is feel like a cheap product. Not worth the money.

The Bull**it platform scam that do not deliver the products even after 60 days and then they come up with excuse that they cannot refund and would send another package for which you need to pay shipment!!! Too bad that you cannot post email snapshots here so everyone can see.

These people take advantage of the crazy marketing of social media, to sell a cheapo Chinese bad product for a LOT of money. They had a promo offer of 1+1 for 14.95euro and I fell victim of their ads bombarding me daily on Instagram. I ordered 2 promo 1+1 packs (paid 29.90) as I had read a lot of good (probably fake) reviews. The package arrived with only 2 toothbrushes. I contacted customer service and they sent me an automated e-mail, saying that my package was probably lost in the mail and that they would send me a replacement, and that they would provide tracking information as soon as they would ship it. A couple of days later, I received another automated e-mail saying that my “replacement” was shipped, but there was no tracking number. The second promo pack that I had paid for, never arrived and they never answered back my e-mails. So this is basically a SCAM. They sold me 2 toothbrushes for 29.90 euro, when the same Chinese crappy brush is sold by a well known Chinese online store for less than 1 euro (didn’t know it at the time).
The brush itself feels nice for about a week, after that, the bristles harden and split and the brush gets wide and before 2 weeks the brush is useless.
If you need a good soft toothbrush, get one from a reputable dental company like Curaprox, for a fraction of the money.

Payed over a month ago, nothing showed up, and nothing on the way. No answer when written. Thievery!

Probably the worst toothbrush I’ve ever used. Does NOT clean at all. After each use I can still feel good particles stuck on my teeth.

Order never made it past the "waiting for pick up" stage. No reply from customer service.

I have really sensitive teeth and this brush helped a lot. Gums were bleeding much less too.

I bought a toothbrush from this company and it never showed up. I clicked on the tracking number and it brought me to some foreign tracking website that said something about Wuhan, China and now it says nothing at all. Reading other people's reviews on Trustpilot I have discovered that I was also scammed.

Just another scam Website that never delivers the product.

Order never arrived after 8 weeks in waiting. The tracking for the package lead to a blindspot and then just randomly said it was marked as delivered despite no such thing happening.

A waste of money. A regular overprived toothbrush .
