Reached out to customer service multiple times, never received any responses. I placed my order on the 3rd of October, estimated arrival date was the 11th of October, and today's the 13th, yet it still says "processing". No refund button, no responses to emails. Never using this place again. Going to contact the bank if they don't reply in the next 24 hours.

I received an email on 9/19/26 that my purchased item was out of stock & they wanted to know if I would like another NFL item or a refund & if I decided to get another item, they would add an free extra outfit. I emailed them back the same day stating I wanted a refund because there was no more NFL items for my team. I never got a response, so I followed up with 2 more emails. Today is 9/29/26 & I still have not received a response or a refund. You cannot contact these people by phone, only by email. I’m very disappointed with the way they handled this. I’ll be contacting my credit card company for them to handle this from this point.

I like the product but confirmation and shipping is to slow

While it initially took customer service a little time to get back to me, they were responsive and helpful when I asked about shipping for the outfit I ordered. I was never sent a tracking number but received my item in the timeframe they told me (about a week after it shipped out, so relatively fast). I had never shopped from them before but would feel comfortable and confident ordering from them again.

They have cool outfits for my Labubu's. I like that they have outfits for the pin for love Labubu's too.

Cute Bubu -soft fur , quality product. Love the charms too! I got the Starbucks coffee and the water bottle for my Labubus and they are really nice.

Great product just as pictured and shipping on time.

Had a small problem with delivery. Clara messaged to let me know she knew about the delay and notified the carrier of additional delivery instructions. I received the order a few days later. She was concerned and updated me often. Not only are the Labubu outfits and accessories great quality, the customer service was beyond amazing! I will definitely do business with her again!

I ordered a 2 for 1 deal and I was only shipped one black Boobulo.

UPDATE: customer service is terrific. They confirmed a shipping error and corrected the error - expediting missing item.
If only I had reached out earlier to them.

Shipping was alittle slow, arrived in a bag instead of box. Labubu was really cute, ordered the black one, but it arrived misshapen. The head is extremely loose, and the body is crooked

I asked before I ordered if this was a real Labubu your reps and I was told that it was.
I would like to return it. I would like a postage paid label so that I can return it to you

I was skeptic to order, not knowing if this was a legit side, but I took a chance and I was so happy that I did not only is it legit, but it’s very fairly priced! The quality is really good. The Christian Dior dress that I got for my Labubu doesn’t put any pressure on the fur and easily comes on or off with Velcro. I will definitely be a returning Customer.
