I've been using some products od BodyLab and I would say it has a moderate quality. But that's not a thing. I created an account on BodyLab24 specifically for the 22% newsletter signup discount. It turns out the code is excluded from almost everything and only applies to absurdly overpriced products. Limitations like this need to be transparent upfront, not hidden until checkout. Not recommended - if they mislead customers over a basic promo code, I have no reason to trust the quality of their products.

So did some research and end up that I'm not the first one had this situation and they are scam from the beginning

Great Products, Easy to buy, tastes good, fast delivery
would have given a 5 star cause i liked the product and the delivery was on time and really convenient, but I bought the 1kg Whey Protein and the 500g Creatine Monohydrate and I find it really wierd that the Creatine came in with the seal broken.
UPDATE:
I have updated my review to 5 stars, i have used the product for over a month and ordered a second 2kg whey powder because it is so good, there is quality in the shake and it mixes very welll and has good flavour while maintaining a low calorie profile.
For the creatine, i can already feel the effects of it use when I am lifting in the gym, so it must have been a packaging or delivery error that i came opened

Misleading ingredient list on their website
Misleading ingredient info on their website. I recently order some powdered greens to mix into drinks and smoothies. I very specifically looked for one that did not include any artificial sweeteners or "natural flavoring". On their website they include a list of ingredients for the three flavours - Original, Berry and Chocolate. It clearly states that the Berry and Chocolate flavours contain additional "aromas" and fails to mention that for the Original green flavour. Thinking that I had found a clean source of greens, I ordered the Original type since the website did not list any artificial or natural flavourings. So you can imagine my disappointment when I open the first tub and immediately tasted something sweet and artificial. Sure enough, on the ingredients on the TUB (not the website) they list the "natural flavours". When you are not accustomed to consuming artificial ingredients, you become very attuned to tasting it because it overwhelms the tongue and body. I emailed the company 4 days ago and have yet to hear anything from them regarding the situation. I wouldn't trust the ingredients on their website if I were you.

I’ve made an order on 20.02, with an expected delivery time of 2-3 days.
More than 8 days after, I didn’t even receive the tracking or any update yet.
Raised my concern on their Customer Service and, not surprisingly, also didn’t get an answer yet.
