The watch arrived after 2 months and it does work. The button to change the time does not move and the watch is useless. I emailed the company and sent messages via Instagram but no response from them at all.
I attempted to use the refund process on the Web site but it says time exceeded even though I opened the parcel on Sunday and wrote the same day!
I would avoid having anything to do with this unprofessional company and their shoddy products

Ordered a limited edition piece. Looked absolutely nothing like the website pictures. The watch face was so dark it was completely illegible. Couldn't even see the design let alone tell what the time was.
When I emailed my dissapointment they said ; "The hour and minute hands inherently present a certain design conflict; we have gone through numerous revisions to address this. If we were to make the minute hand more prominent, its color would become darker, which would in turn make the hour hand even more difficult to discern.", followed by ;
" We are currently still refining many of the finer details of the product, we would like to offer you a 20% refund, and you may keep the watch." -
By their own words and admition the watch is nowhere near ready and they know full well they were false advertising and are still sending it out to people. They won't send pre paid return labels either so I had to send it back at my own cost from England to HONG KONG!!!!!!!
I will never buy a watch from these people again.

Absolutely terrible experience.

The watch arrived and the face was so dark you literally couldn't read the time. The company told me this is a known flaw and yet they still sold it. Have been trying to get a refund for weeks now.
Do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs.

Low end product. The pictures are great and seems like fun ideas with a good product at a good price. Do not buy! Just received mine it’s a POS. Do Not Be Fooled!

DO NOT ORDER!

I canceld my order the day after I placed it and asked for a refund. They wrote back quickly, frist asking me if I want to keep my order and or why I want a refund. I said refund and cancel, they confirmed it.

Suddenly I get a E-mail claiming my order was shipped. I was also charged for the order.
This is unaccaptable.

I also looked up how their watches look IRL and I do not like how different their listing photos look. DO not order. Sadly. It was too good to be true.

I'm waiting on a watch to be shipped, the company got back to me and said it will ship soon. So we'll wait and see.

Watch is nothing like it's pictured. It is the submarine watch which in the picture shows s pretty teal background. The watch I received has an ugly rust color. It is s awful you can't see the Octopus or the Diver with the flashlight! Do not buy. It's very poorly made.

The watch I bought stopped and restarted intermittently from day one, running up to 10 minutes behind per day. The hour display also showed the wrong time for roughly 15 minutes every hour. When I requested a refund, I was repeatedly steered toward a replacement instead. At one point I was offered "the exact same model," but the photo showed a clearly different watch, which was later described as an "upgraded version." The back-and-forth took many emails and the information was inconsistent throughout. A €125,76 watch should work, and customer service should be straightforward.

Refused to cancel an order, despite me contacting support less than 10 minutes after order was made. They argued back and forth with me for several days until the item shipped, and then told me it was too late to cancel because it had shipped. Terrible, do not do business with these people

Wow - the watch is cheaper than i thought it would be. and i paid 100 for it. do not buy

Received two of their watches and have to admit that I am vèry pleased with the quality of their products. Unique design make them stand out. Also their watches are affordable. I highly recommend them.

Watch is hardly legible under normal light. Poor quality and looks like a drop ship business. Avoid buying direct. Customer service is bad too.

I bought a watch for 100 EUR, and it looks nothing like the pictures on their website. The digital display is so dim that it is impossible to read the time.

When I tried to exercise my legal 14-day Right of Withdrawal (EU law), they started playing games. First, they offered me a ridiculous 10% refund to keep the junk. Then they tried to sell me another watch with a 50% discount.

They are a Hong Kong-based company (BENLYDESIGN INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED) hiding behind a global website. Now they are demanding video "inspections" of the product just to provide a return address, which is a clear violation of consumer rights.

This is a typical "bait and switch" scam. If you have been scammed by them, open a dispute on PayPal or file a chargeback with your bank immediately. Do not trust their "support" – they are just stalling for time.

Im going to edit my review , as after multiple emails and a lot of time, I finally got what i ordered. You order one of their special offers. They claim one watch not in stock then charge you extra for an alternative whilst still promoting the allegedly out of stock watch.
Their customer service seems to operate the way chinese sellers did a decade ago. If you do manage to get their watches, at the discount price they are quirky and interesting. I especially like the look of the stainless steel used on a few of them. If you take a punt...be ready to be messed about . A shame as the product is good.

I saw the G100 on the Benly Design watch website. I was so excited that I immediately put the watch in my shopping cart and paid with Apple pay without adding my details such as email. I contacted them but got a message that I had never placed an order. Money gone. Today I unexpectedly received the watch and I am very happy with it but. From now on a bit more careful. So the website is reliable after all.

Absolutely shambles of a company. Ordered a watch came without a strap or any paperwork have emailed 5 times and sent a Facebook message, no reply to any of them
