the strap took 3 weeks to get to me, after couple of weeks the magnets came off, after several emails that by the way it takes too long for them to reply, I'm still waiting for an email to see if I'm going to get a replacement or maybe I'll just dispute the charges with my credit card company, I do not recommend this company at all

Absolutely awful company. No response to emails for their support email, 3 weeks no product, no refund, no communication! Terrible

Customer service is excellent.

One of the straps I ordered did not fit my wrist. When I wrote to customer service they were quick to respond and very helpful. I was able to get a couple of replacement straps in exchange for the strap that didn't fit.

Delivery is exceptionally slow and communication is awful and customer service is just non-existent

Delivery was ridiculously slow. Found the same items on Amazon, for cheaper and with next day delivery, don't order from these.

I purchased the parachute band for my garmin Instinct in December and it lasted about 6 months.

I sell Garmin watches and other outdoor sports equipment and am always looking for good quality accessories i can recommend to my customers so I was very excited to get this Baool band because they seemed well made and looked really cool. Initially it was one of the comfortable band ive had for my watches and I really liked the style. Unfortunately at the 6 month mark the aluminum loop that holds the band to the watch face snapped while I was cleaning the glass on my counter at work.

When I reached out to Baool to inquire about the one year warranty and explain what happened to my band they told me it was normal wear and tear and I was not covered. They they offered me a 50% coupon if I spent more money on thier site.

These band are advertised as specifically for Garmin watches however they are not made to hold up to the kinds of activities that Garmin watches are made for. They may be a good dress band for normal smart watches but I do not recommend buy these band if you wear your Garmin the way is was intended.

I’ve ordered numerous cases and straps for my Fenix and every time apart from once when the mistaking posted the wrong item .. But absolutely no problem what so ever I sent them a email explaining they went above and beyond and the correct item was in the post tracking No sent straight to me cannot Praise this company enough by far the best I have ever dealt with straps and cases were exceptional Quality as well

Disappointing quality, especially for the price
Very disappointing experience with Baool bracelets. This is already the second bracelet I’ve had where the clasp/closure has come loose, apparently because I wore it while swimming.
Baool has offered to replace the bracelet, which I appreciate, but that doesn’t really solve the problem. A bracelet that has to be removed every time you go swimming is simply not practical for me.
More importantly, if these bracelets are not suitable for swimming or regular contact with water, this should be clearly stated in the product description before purchase. At this price point, customers should reasonably expect better durability or, at the very least, clear information about such an important limitation.
Nice-looking bracelets, but unfortunately far too expensive for something I apparently need to take off every time I want to swim.

Bought a Garmin Fenix 8 guard replacement, the delivery was poor and the quality of the part is terrible, basically the screw holes are misaligned and I would imagine getting the screws in the wrng place is pretty fundamental. I would avoid

Excellent customer service, got me the correct watch strap within days even when I ordered the wrong one.

When it arrived it was just what I wanted and the quality is excellent.

I ordered 2 nice Buckles for Garmin Fenix8. One we orderd in the wrong size and fit. Baool offered to send the correct one for $10 instead of sending back the wrong one.
For me that's great customer serivce.

I ordered two watch straps from Baool. Delivery took twice as long as the timeframe stated when I placed the order. Decided to keep one and return the other.

During the return process, I was asked to declare the value of the item as only $5 rather than its actual value of around £60 so that Baool would not have to pay duty. I refused, as this would have left me to claim only $5 if the parcel had been lost in transit between UK and China. After some back and forth I got confirmation to return it.

I then had no contact for 7 weeks, my emails being ignored, and wasn't even told they had received the return until over a month after.
I was then told 1-7 business days for a refund. It's now been 3 weeks and still no refund and all of my emails are being ignored!!
Terrible customer service.

The other strap was fine, but the poor communication, lengthy delays and failure to process the refund have made this a very disappointing experience. I would not purchase from Baool again

Hi, I bought few weeks ago 2 magnetic bracelets (lychee magnetic band) from the site and my feedback is not very good both of them don t stay tight whenever i do any activities (running / fitness or swimming)
I m a bit disappointed with the product even though the design was very good. it s a shame not have a better quality at this price.
Otherwise the shipping experience is good nothing to add on this point.

Fantastic watch band for my Garmin Fenix! Superior quality over the other bands I've used, which tear after a year. This band is better looking, comfortable and a true upgrade. I worked with customer service on a small thing (I ordered the wrong size) and they immediately made it right. 5-stars all around; [purchase with confidence!

It is very easy to mix up the band sizes on the website, but when you contact costumer service they are very understanding and are quick to offer several replacement options.

I accidentally ordered the wrong sizes for my watch, and made a new order, then i contacted costumer service and got a discount covering the wrong ones i ordered.
Im very happy with my experience, except delivery time, it takes ages to arrive, but its good value for money. Fairly good quality.

Great choice of Garmin bands. IF you make a mistake in your order they are keen to find a fix and correct it.

I find their support / services amazing, friendly and being a long time customer I can only praise them and recommend their products.

Absolute disgrace. Avoid at all cost. Lost my Fenix 7 on fist swim with the watch. Stick with the very reliable Garmin band.
