So far, I have placed two orders and a third will be delivered shortly. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the pans - so far a pancake pan, a set of three frying pans and the wok. I am awaiting the crispy. The two deliveries so far have taken place exactly when notified, the packaging is exceptional also.

I already have two of the frying pans for a couple of months that I am very happy with. Very pleased to add to my collection the rondeau and large frying pan. I have the wok on the way as a present. The pans seem to be of good quality and construction. Time will tell. But I think you can buy with confidence.

We bought the crepe pan. We haven't used it yet, but our first impression, this product is verybhigh qualitym the design is sleek. Smooth and very beautiful. Something that wr can keep for long or maybe for generations!

I purchased several stainless steel pans from Atma Kitchenware, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The build quality is outstanding — the pans feel solid, durable, and very well‑crafted. Cooking with them has been a pleasure: they heat evenly, handle high temperatures without any issues.

I now have many Atma utensils in my kitchen, all of which I use regularly. They have totally changed the way I cook and think about the food I prepare for my family and friends. I've started using cookbooks that have sat on the shelf unused - the saute pan makes a fantastic curry btw - and my kids have also got much more involved with what's going on in the kitchen. It's an investment, that's for sure, but one that you make once and boy the return is massive!

Very good quality pans. We got the 9-piece set and we’re gonna order two more since we really like them. Once you learn how to use them it gets very easy to cook food and it tastes also better than in non-stick pans. We’ve been using it for two months now and haven’t noticed any defect. Hopefully they will last long!

I am very disappointed with this product. I ordered this stainless steel frying pan (“La bonne poêle en inox – 28 cm”) from ATMA on June 30, 2025, and received it on July 30, 2025. From the moment I received it, I noticed a manufacturing defect: the bottom of the pan was not flat but slightly curved (convex). Because of this, the pan does not sit properly on my ceramic stovetop, and as a result, food does not cook evenly.

It is important to emphasize that this defect was visible right from the beginning, before the pan was ever used.

On August 25, 2025, I contacted the company and sent three videos clearly showing the issue, requesting either a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately, until now I have not received any meaningful response from customer service concerning these two options.

This has been a very disappointing experience, both in terms of product quality and customer support. I cannot recommend this item.
