THESE SCAMMERS. the clothes are poor quality and nothing like the pictures. When you ask for a refund they barter with you, offer a new dress for free as the postage will be too much and when you decline they offer a percentage of your money back never a full refund. When you raise a complaint through PayPal they will seem helpful and agree a figure and tell you to close the complaint others they can’t refund you which is a lie. Never close the complaint before receiving your refund. I am still waiting for mine 4 months later. Utter scam, deceitful and unprofessional company that say they’re based in Europe, communicate in German and send cheap Chinese dresses. Beware

65€ for a fan. I canceled the order immediately but they told me it is already in the way to shipped but it took 30 days to come. When I received the fan I told the to send it back and they told me I have to send it in China and that cost 50€! They give me the choice of 10% refund. Is all a joke with this page

Total scam. They took the money and never delivered anything. They should not be allowed on Google and their bank account in Poland should be blocked.

I would advise caution when considering a purchase from AlremaZurich.

What I received vs. what was advertised
The product images on the website are clearly computer-generated and bear little resemblance to the physical item I received. What was marketed as quality orthopedic footwear turned out to be cheap, hard, plastic-like material—completely unsuitable for the purpose described.

The return process is a deliberate roadblock
When I attempted to initiate a return, I was given the runaround. The return address is in Asia, and the shipping costs are prohibitively high. This makes it nearly impossible to send the item back, which seems like a deliberate strategy to avoid refunds.

Waste of money and resources
Aside from the financial loss, it is disappointing to receive a product of such low quality that it is essentially unusable. The whole process—shipping this item across the world only for it to end up as waste—feels incredibly wasteful and irresponsible.

My resolution
As the company refused to provide a return label or a satisfactory solution, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank to recover my money. I also filed a complaint with State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO)
I urge anyone else who was defrauded by these criminals to do the same.

Final advice
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I suggest looking elsewhere for orthopedic shoes, where the product quality matches the description and the return policy is fair.

This is a scam! There is a hidden insurance costs added to the product price :( I bought a ventilator that was in stock and I am waiting almost 1 month for the arrival of the product! I wrote to the company and they have answered very nice but, unfortunately this was a terrible experience and will never buy anything in their shop! If i knew that the product was from China, I have made a totally different choice! Cross fingers that the ventilator arrives one day...hot days are over in Switzerland It will be used next year!

I ordered what I believed was a cotton summer dress after checking the returns policy. It took three weeks to arrive and was, in reality, a very poor-quality nylon/synthetic, shapeless “sack” of a dress — nothing like I expected from the website.

I followed every return instruction, completed all the forms and paid DPD return postage plus customs charges. They have acknowledged receiving the returned dress, yet still refuse to refund me.

Customer service has been extremely frustrating, with constant excuses and deflection rather than resolving the issue.

I have done everything asked of me. They have my returned dress and my money. I would not recommend this company.

The articles in reality are far from the pictures you see on the website. They are made of very cheap and poor materials. It lakes very long time to get them because they are produced and sent from China. The customer care is falsely kind: if you complain about something they keep writing you as if you did not, thank you for the shopping. Absolutely to avoid.

Avoid this website. The item I received was not genuine, and the seller refused to issue a full refund despite clear evidence. They offered only 50% and said they couldn’t stop the remaining instalments, leaving me no choice but to escalate the matter through PayPal.

It is a complete scam and Chinese product with quality and broken! Avoid at any cost! Do not purchase from them! They should be close and not operative anymore. No real solution even following a claim.

Avoid this company at all costs. Very poor quality stock, very poor customer service. Incorrect product and incorrect sizes received. Never resolved. Most unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered a pair of sandals end of June. I received them on the 28 of July. Shipping time: one month (instead of 6-9 working days as declared). Incredible. I wrote two emails and they answered very kindly after about two days. The article looked ok (a bit large but If I decided to give them back and order a new pair, it would be winter) but on the first day the buckle broke down and I had to repair it with glue. For all these reasons.

Terrible scam! The slippers I bought turned out to be fake. In the photo, they were clearly suede and the description read "Genuine Leather." However, after a 20-day wait, they arrived completely synthetic and in a different color. When I asked for a refund, they only replied in German and refunded me just €3.90 out of the €39 I paid! Otherwise, I would have had to ship them back to China at my own expense...

It's a complete scam. I ordered a pair of clog from them. In the picture it looks like a normal clog (wooden material). After 3 weeks, it arrives as completely plastic shoes. It doesn't ressemble what they advertised at all. Please avoid this shop.

I can’t believe I got scammed by these people. I was looking for a white suit to buy. They showed me a beautiful two piece clothing. I paid for it, but you won’t believe what I received, a peplum dress, very thin fabric and out of shape. I didn’t even try it on because it looked ridiculous. When I contacted them to return it, they insisted that I keep the item for 20% then 30, eventually 40% refund. I declined, posted it back and raised a charge back with my bank. After some time, and providing all our correspondence, they replied that the charge back hasn’t been successful. So I believe these people only engage when you attempt a refund to prevent a successful charge back. Lesson learnt but I wish I had checked here first. I thought I was buying from a Swiss retailer not knowing a Chinese crap. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!

Disgraceful scam.

Poor quality clothing does not match the description. Delivery takes circa three weeks . All emails are in German, fraudulently pretending to be a Zurich based company when they are actually a drop shipping outfit in China with no returns policy that would be acceptable under the trades description act.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Complaint lodged with Shop.

Terrible quality clothing, terrible sizing, terrible return policy. Literally nothing redeeming about this vendor save for the fact that they responded promptly to emails. It is my own fault for getting scammed, but the shit Chinese made clothes were so thin as to be transparent, not translucent, but actually see through. Not what you want when ordering a tux. Anyway, lesson learned but it seems safe to assume that if you order clothing from them, it will be sweat shop shit, you will be unsatisfied, and you will be frustrated by the prospect of having to mail the shitty clothing back to some backwater in provincial China to effectuate a refund.

The delivery was incredibly slow—my dress took over three weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed. It's synthetic and feels uncomfortable on the body. The cut and quality are simply terrible.

Do Not Buy Anything From Them. They sell cheap Chinese rubbish, that was posted fromChina. No labels. No tags. No invoice. No supporting custom document as to the content of the package. They claim to be registered in Spain. My Bank is now in the process of an investigation into their consumer deception and fraud.
