Great service from Mia who switched my transfer time in five minutes after my flight time was changed.

Sadly I had to cancel my travel at the very last moment due for personal reasons. Since then the support I have received from Ella and the business more generally in providing me with a "non-travel" letter to support my insurance claim has been excellent. Many thanks

We organized a transfer from Geneva to Chamonix. Very good communication by Emily when our flight was delayed so we were comforted that we had options if we didn't make the transfer. All good in the end and Martins, our driver got us there safely. He is a good driver and very friendly.

We've only gone through the booking process and its follow-up so far, but Gina was excellent at the clarity, relevance, helpfulness and speed of response in her communication. If the rest of the process reaches this same standard it will be a smooth and trouble free trip. A pleasure to enjoy really good customer service, something of a rarity in the UK at the moment.

This is a great company- incredibly organized and efficient. They clarified my details and needs during booking and our driver Pascal was very friendly and flexible. He was able to accomodate our changed drop off point and made sure we knew where we were going. Wonderful service!

It is intimidating to fly internationally and into a new airport. Everything about the journey and instructions was easy to follow and exactly as described. The van was a short walk and very clean inside and with fresh air. The driver in particular (Pascal) was so great. So nice about loading bags, providing local information, and his driving felt very safe.

I had trouble finding the bus stop. Mia was very helpful, calling me, and directing me to the van and the driver. The ride was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Alpine Fleet.
