I placed my order on 6th July and received it on 16th July. Unfortunately, the size was too big, so I requested an exchange for the correct size. I was surprised that I had to pay an additional ₹69 as an exchange fee, but I still paid it because I wanted the correct product, not a refund. I emailed customer support regarding the exchange. They took 2 days just to reply and informed me that the pickup would happen the same day. However, within an hour of their email, the courier company itself sent me a WhatsApp message saying the pickup could not be completed. Clearly, there was no coordination between the company and their courier partner. After that, there was complete silence for another 7 days. No updates, no follow-up, nothing(I send multiple Emails). Then, without my approval or consent, they suddenly arranged a return instead of the exchange that I had already paid for. I never requested a return or a refund. I specifically paid for an exchange. Now they are saying they will process the refund only after they receive the returned item( they asked me to make packing video and handover video). Why should I be forced into a refund when I paid for an exchange? If the product gets lost or damaged during transit, who will take responsibility? The customer is being made to bear all the risk because of their poor handling of the situation. This has been one of the worst post-purchase experiences I have had. Delayed responses, failed pickup, no communication, and changing the process without customer approval is completely unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Commission. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering if you expect reliable customer support or hassle-free exchanges.

We are writing this to warn others: do not trust Marriott Vacation Club. We bought into this timeshare because we trusted Marriott’s household name, believing their sales presentation promises of "flexibility, accessibility, and genuine vacation value." Instead, we were trapped in a financial nightmare that gets heavier with each passing year. The product simply does not work as described. We were repeatedly told we could access premier destinations whenever we wanted but that was a blatant lie. We have been completely unable to book vacations at the destinations and times we actually want… even when trying months in advance. The promised availability does not exist for owners like us. We are paying thousands for a product we literally cannot use. Marriott's representatives completely glossed over the full, ongoing financial obligations. No one plainly disclosed that we would be forced to pay thousands of dollars in annual maintenance fees regardless of whether we could even book a single trip. They never told us these fees escalate year after year with absolutely no cap and no exit strategy. If they had been honest, we never would have signed. Omitting this wasn't an oversight; it was a calculated sales tactic. They wore us down in a lengthy, high pressure environment designed to prevent informed decision making, using emotional appeals about family memories while burying the booking restrictions and fee traps. We relied in good faith on Marriott’s reputation, but that trust was deeply misplaced. Marriott allowed their sales team to mislead us, and we have been paying the price ever since. Avoid this trap at all costs.

took my 2009 Mazda 2 to jax Auto Tyre Butler for a radiator replacement and two new front tyres. I was also advised to have the automatic transmission fluid changed because it was “very dirty,” so I agreed. Shortly after the repairs, my car developed a transmission oil leak that had never existed before. I took it back, but I was told no transmission leak could be found. They washed the engine and underside of the car and told me to return if it leaked again. After another drive, the transmission oil leaked again. When I returned for the second time, I was initially told they were too busy and didn’t have a mechanic available. After speaking with the workshop manager, they finally put the car on the hoist and confirmed there was a transmission oil leak. The manager repeatedly told me that “anything can happen to a car” and that “it could be dead the next day,” even though the leak only started after the work they performed. They eventually repaired the car, but when I collected it, I wasn’t given a proper explanation or any paperwork for the repair. Kyle simply called to say the car was ready, and when I asked what had been fixed, he said he had just been told to call me. The manager later told me they had drained the transmission oil, resealed everything and refilled it, but refused to provide anything in writing because I wasn’t charged. The lack of communication, poor customer service and refusal to provide documentation for the repair have left me with very little confidence. I hope the leak has been fixed, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this workshop.
