05:49 PM Ruby Revision bfb3b4ea (git): Fix flaky test_clock_gettime_unit for slow Rubies

If the test takes over 1 second, it will fail because the difference
between t0 and t1 will be over 1 second. If we update t0 on every iteration,
it should make it less flaky because each iteration will need to run in
