It was easy to order and made the moment special
It was easy to order and this is my second time sending flowers through FTD the flowers were fresh and delivered timely. The arrangement and vase was gorgeous last time and my daughter love them. Flower Delivery Failure
I called on Saturday for a Monday morning residential floral delivery. I received notice that flowers were delivered on Monday; but family got nothing. I called and asked for re-delivery by Monday afternoon. Didn’t happen. So I called and requested a Tuesday morning delivery. Didn’t happen. Forget requesting…when do you think you can deliver flowers? - “by 6:00pm”. Didn’t happen. “By 8:00pm”. Didn’t happen. Refund my money, upgraded the imaginary bouquet and it is scheduled for delivery on Wednesday. This is for delivery in metro Dallas, TX. They had 2 days notice, 1 job and they couldn’t make it happen. This is a fundamental failure of their business.
