Fantastic customer support. I had fairly complex crypto needs with a custom .csv with my transactions. They were able to help me process this and were available for customer support throughout troubleshooting with me live until we had resolved the issues. Cannot thank them enough

Before you changed to Summ, you ran a great website, support was great and everything else was really good. Now its turned to crap, you can't even login to the website using the Google option. Cant reset password, whatever you changed, revert it, its trash.

an overpriced money grab. I do not know how they get away with the prices and subscription format.

Adding crypto activity to my tax has been new and confusing. The customer service at SUMM is highly efficient and Glenn was very helpful. I was working with Gemini to get through entries and some issues and found that one of the world's great AIs was looping and becoming confused! I switched to SUMM's bot and it worked through all issues seamlessly - pure genius!

The SUMM tool makes tracking your crypto easy. It does get technical once you're onchain and using your wallet for many things (i.e., collateral, loans, etc.). That's where the SUMM support comes in handy. Ben from SUMM support helped me solve some really technical transactions and he managed to help me with ease.

I've been a long-term user of Summ and can't speak highly enough of both the product and the service. The platform has come a long way over the years, and it's hard to imagine how we would have managed our crypto tax reporting without it, particularly in the early days. It's been an invaluable solution, and the team continues to improve it. Keep up the great work, guys!

It was nice to get a human response quickly and not an AI response.

A genuinely helpful tool for sorting out crypto and tax. Seems to have a broad range of capabilities including NFTs and more. I was also impressed that they're holding an event where I can hear advice on moving overseas & related tax implications. Glenn from the support team helped me access a recording even though I couldn't attend in person - I'm very grateful for his help.

This company has a service which is supposed to provide tax calculation for cryptocurrency transactions. There are no on site directions. Problems are only answered by AI, but when there is an underlying issue which can't be resolved, they do not answer with a person and want more and more money to provide the service already paid for. Dismal service and no support.
