We bought a scooter, and then my son decided he wanted a different scooter, so we had to go through a multi-step return/exchange process. Cici was incredibly helpful from beginning to end, responding promptly, answering every question and solving every issue. 10/10 customer service experience.

Extremely disappointed with Hiboy! Your customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I’ve been trying to contact you for 7 DAYS to request a cancellation and refund, and I’ve received ZERO responses. Not a single reply to any of my emails! You shipped my order despite my cancellation request, and now I’m stuck with a product I don’t want. No assistance, no return label, no refund, NOTHING! This is completely unacceptable and disgraceful. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Hiboy to think twice. Terrible after-sales service!

I put a four star for hi boy scooter but for customer service I have always had the same person. Her name is Chloe and she has absolutely been wonderful and helped me with everything I possibly needed and I can’t thank her enough and she always made sure I got my package, etc., and everything she always sent me always worked. There was never any problems and I think her and give her five stars and think she deserves a raise.

I received the titan pro as a gift and had an issue with the after a few uses. Hiboy customer service was very helpful and supportive in getting a new out to me .

We bought 3 HiBoys recently. Two scooters and one seat scooter. The seat scooter would not charge and we were able to communicate via email with one real person and get a replacement. It was very easy process to pack up and have the parcel company come and pick it up and a new one was delivered shortly after. Nancy was very helpful and so kind and personable with each communication. I highly recommend this company.

My sons scooter was broken. Turning the handlebar would not turn the wheel. We sent a video in and the hiboy team was able to diagnose the problem as a broken front wheel fork. They sent out a replacement part and emailed a video on how to replace it. Nancy did a wonderful job communicating with me throughout the whole process. It was easy!

I’ve had a very good experience with the Hiboy support team and would recommend this product. You just want to know you are being heard and you want them to make things right…that’s what I’m getting.

Have had my bike for 3 seasons now and have logged 6600 kilometers on it. Should be able to end it with 7000 kilometers by end of season. I absoutely love this bike. The customer service at Hiboy USA has been great. When I damaged my right handle grip they did their best to get a new part to me as fast as I can. My headlight blew the other day. In dealing with the customer service they they are going to ship me a new one free of charge. Thats great customs service.

Truly an amazing E-bike company I do both Uber Eats delivery and door dash here in New York City and they completely dominate the street I can cut through traffic freely keep up with cars driving almost 30m per hour traffic is never a problem for me who I’m riding I make all of my deliveries on time plus I can work up to 8-9 hours a day just off one full charge here in the city even when they tear the roads up for construction the Hiboy EX6 handles any condition of these city roads like a beast you’ll see people slowing down being scared to pop a tier or lose balance but the hiboy EX6 will glide across the road like your spreading butter on bread truly the best bike riding experience I’ve ever had
