I ordered two canvas prints and they are lovely - excellent quality, sturdy, and well-packaged. I was initially accidentally sent only one of the prints I ordered, alongside a print I didn't order, and customer service was extremely prompt and helpful (and it was a real person who helped me - not a bot!). I was even allowed to keep the wrong print. So, in sum: super product, super service.

I enjoyed the the browsing and ordering experience at GoodMood. The product itself: a grand slam! Rich colors, clean framing, and tidy shipping. Bravo!

Unfortunately, the artwork I ordered didn’t ultimately work for my space as I had hoped, but I still came away extremely impressed with GoodMood overall.

The order itself was handled beautifully. Shipping was smooth, the artwork was extremely well packaged, and it arrived in perfect condition! genuinely one of the few times I’ve received a large framed print without any shipping damage. The quality of the canvas, printing and frame was also very good and felt consistent with the premium presentation on their website.

What impressed me even more was the customer service. The team was kind, responsive, understanding and genuinely helpful throughout. At no point did the situation feel adversarial or difficult. They listened to my concerns, communicated clearly, and made the entire process remarkably easy.

It’s always disappointing when a purchase simply isn’t the right fit, but I think you learn a lot about a company from both the quality of what they deliver and the way they handle things when an order doesn’t work out. GoodMood impressed me on both fronts.

Although this particular piece wasn’t ultimately right for me, I would absolutely shop with them again and would feel very confident recommending them to others.

Horrible shopping experience. I bought a poster called “swimmers”. When it arrived I realized how low the quality of the picture was. The sun reflections on the sea surface all have the same star shape, just is smaller or bigger format. The swimmers were placed there randomly, the legs of the women look really pixelated in the printed Foto 50x70. In sum, it looks like a 14 years old played a bit with photoshop using a version from 2015. It takes real courage to sell such a thing for 90 euros (I paid around 73 discounted)!!! So I contacted them and got the label to return it. Nearly three weeks have passed, they have proof that I return it (I send them the post label and sending receipt) but since the package got lost they are not refunding me. Also: they do not pay for return shippings and my mistake was to send it without tracking, as it costs over 25 euros from where I live. Conveniently (for them…) apparently the package is gone now. Honestly given the low quality of their product I even suspect that they are lying about this. Maybe their other pictures are better, but I would not purchase anything else from this website. The quality of their graphics is too low and the customer service not very attentive.

Update 1.10.26 GoodMood finally refund me and apologized for the low picture quality of the poster. They also added a 30 euros voucher for their website. So i changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. The customer service is indeed attentive when you flag that an item has low quality. Nevertheless I wish they checked better the printed quality of the posters they sell. Maybe a picture looks nice on the computer but you see all the flaws at 50x70, especially if it has bad fotoshop.

Wow. Firstly, an incredible and delectable array of different pieces from various (mainly younger) artists. Fantastic to see real support for fledgling artists! I ordered a mix of framed and un-framed/mounted canvas prints in various sizes, delivery was super quick and the finish of the end product is superb. The colours really pop and do a great job of brightening up darker spaces. I signed up to their mailing list and the only problem I have now is refraining from buying even more art! Couldn't recommend more A1 5*

The artwork itself is beautiful, but the print quality is poor. I can see printer lines throughout the blocks of color, and sharpness is poor, too. They also don’t offer smaller print sizes meaning it’s a pricey investment in art even if you elect to choose un-framed prints like I did.

I’m a professional photographer, so I understand professional printing, and as well as smaller sized prints, they should offer the option of matte paper prints because those are often better for high quality prints (in my professional opinion).

When print quality is poor I get worried the company is a scam and using the work of artists without their permission. I really hope that’s not the case here.

Easy to place order. Fast shipping with lots of status updates available. I got the standard framing with hooks ready to hang. Not only does this bring a smile to my face, it’s such a quality product.
