Our first plant was damaged in transit and easy plant immediately replaced it. The new plant arrived in perfect condition and is doing great! Even though the customer service agent Ivy was AI it was a seamless experience.

His first time I can grow a plant without killing it very simple easy to follow steps and it looks beautiful in the house. For anybody that don't have a green thumb but have a green thumb attitude yeah easy plant is beautiful way to go

Sadly it arrived with a couple of broken leaves/stems but otherwise it looks healthy. It’s an aloe plant.

Don’t hesitate, worth every penny
First of all, I love my plants. I’m not one to focus on their care but I follow the easy instructions and my plants are thriving. I did have an issue. My concerns were addressed with thoughtfulness and understanding. Result-immediate replacement without hesitation no questions asked. Not all issues require replacement. However, I do know that no matter this issue, easyplant customer service is outstanding and responds quickly. Even in a holiday weekend. They are customer first. And before you ask, NO, I’m not related to anyone at easyplant nor do I work for them or an I affiliated in any way. Great service and great products deserve a great review. Thank you easyplant.

I am in love
I love the quality of the plants and the whole watering experience. I went from one plant to 6 now, and only one leaves look to not be flourishing, however both times I ordered a stand the stand did not come with the order, both times I was told to wait additional time which caused me to waste time contacting customer service multiple times. It is to hard reach customer service and I feel like after one mess up they should refund a portion back or discount your next order. Oh and after every order it says 20% off but the link has never worked and it’s hard to get a hold of customer service so I never got a chance to use the code before it expires in 4 hours. I will order again because I have fallen in love with the plants and the planters.

Easy plant customer service reached out and apologized. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how much they cared to make it right. In my above review I mentioned them offering a discount for my troubles and they did just that. With a company taking customer experience matters seriously I can’t wait to order my next plant.

Eine Bestellung mit 2 Pflanzen und passenden Ständern. 1 Pflanze ist angekommen, Qualität, naja, eher mäßig. Die 2 Pflanze ist nie angekommen, angeblich auf dem Transportweg verloren gegangen... Dauerte ewig bis eine Ersatzsendung weggeschickt wurde, dafür fehlt bei dieser Sendung nun der Bestellte Ständer.... Völlig inakzeptabel. NIE WIEDER Easy Plant!
