This was sent as a gift and never arrived. I used your services about 3 years ago sending a similar gift to this same person and the plant arrived basically dead. Not happy at all.

My order still hasn’t shipped…
Item came too late, not packaged very well with a broken vase. Plant itself was loosely bouncing around in the box and damaged. No packing material to secure items in the box.
It is not like it is depicted. It came with no directions and no message card showing who it’s from. Very disappointed in the product.
Received the plant and bowl, overpriced. No directions on how to set it up. Very disappointed!
My 90 yo mom wanted a low maintainance plant that was also fun and decorative. Tilda is perfect!

The plant and pot together look really cute. My air plant didn’t quite look like the one in the photo but the mess is what makes it unique.
Does not really look like the picture. I was expecting cute curly hair and I didn’t get that. Maybe after some time it will but I was disappointed at how expensive it was for what I received. Unfortunately it was a Mother’s Day gift for my mom.
It’s a cute gift to give. I was hoping the plant would look just like the picture but I should have remembered all plants are individual.

It was love at first site with TILDA. I sent it to my Niece who just started a mental health business and she absolutely loves TILDA too.
Came in in bad shape had leaves missing contacted customer service and provided pictures and still no resolution
I got this for my sister for her birthday. She loved it. It arrived earlier than expected and in great shape.
