Really deserves no stars! Communication was appalling, we were relying on the route map we were advised to use and according to it the bus didn’t actually turn up! We were waiting at the stop we had listed on the ticket for almost an hour after it was due to arrive. We complained and told bus had turned up 15 minutes late only and they had notified us! Please please use an alternative way to travel!
