I've used Wix for many years and found it to be comprehensive and user friendly. The new AI format is taking some time to get used to but, I am adapting. I would suggest clearly explaining the choice between AI and the old website builder upfront and allowing users to switch after the process it started. Overall, it is better than the others I've tried.

The prices are great and the lens quality is pretty good. I have a complicated prescription for progressive lens and they've gotten it right. The frames are not "designer" quality, but they are a great trade-off.

I've used Wondershare Filmora for years. I started using it to make a video from short clips, now I use it for intense video editing. I love the features and the drag-and-drop nature of the interface. I do not love the advertising pop-ups and the subscription for every new feature. I know it's the way business is done in today's economy but, it feels like a way to chain someone to a product for LIFE! Filmora does everything I need and more!

Googles4us provides a good product for the price. However, the upcharges versus the advertised prices are pretty significant and the length of time to ship WITHOUT any updated tracking information is a major concern

Although you offered a replacement for the glasses, I was never told what happened. The representative said the frames I received where the frames I ordered when in fact the SKU I ordered was no longer in the system. Also, I spent most of the summer without sun glasses because the first pair broke after a couple of wears and the replacement takes over a month
