I gave them the PD Specsavers gave me and still didnt work, Opticians generally advised against getting Varifocals as it requires proper fittings and measurements. Lensmart will find every opportunity not to refund or cover cost or provide return lable so you bear the cost. Still trying to get my £124.26 back from this awful company. They also need to pay for customs charges if you returning which am not sure they would.

Why did merchants partnered with this scam org. Owned it for years, only recently visited and saw that I couldn't withdraw a single SG because have not been shopping through this scam app. Business should not affiliate with SG. Dont waste your time. SG is a Scam Good unethical business organisation

Apart from miscommunication from one of the drivers which cost extra for waiting at Heathrow and myself getting the stating the wrong arrival time, it went smoothly. I must state though there was an unsual high mileage noticed when car was collected.
I will use again as it the cheapest . An improvement would be to answer calls promptly

I am honest and like to be treated the same way, from the very onset i was suspicious about this company as their name is very similar to another company with dubious business practice ( Travellink). I asked questions and was told no relation to that other one. I paid a deposited for a ticket and completed the payment within 48hrs, Agent Alvin contacted me and told me VirginAirline have no more seats and have bumped me into a premium seat which will cost additional £380. I called Virgin and was told by VA that they have done no such thing and there were ample spaces still left on that flight. I fed this back to Travelelink and he maintained VA did it even after playing the audio conversation and showed him the ticket iternary from VA website. So I raised a dispute with the credit card company, provided evidence and emailed Alvin Copying in VA into the email highlighting that Travelelink and VA are involved in a scam which am sure VA would want to investigate. I received an email from Travelelink that a full refund will done which included my initial deposit of £75 which they were going to withheld because their policy stated if the customer cancel for any reason which i pointed out that i am only cancelling because i am not a mug you can rip off with your scam. I was ready to take this all the way to a court if it wasn't resolved. I hope VA note this down and blacklist this company for defamation. I got my full refund today. Hope this help someone else that is going through this too. Perhaps if you pay for the ticket at once you may be lucky , but if it involves waiting 24/48 hrs, bear my review in mind. @Alvin, if management are asking you to do this, you should quit that company and you are on LinkedIn too. Change your ways , not everyone is gullible.

My experience was good. my car was still in their parking lot when i arrived , didnt drive it to another street to park or under tree to be covered with muck

I am so enraged right now abut wowcher and FTA furnishing, claiming i received the 6ft ottoman bed, got PayPal involved, case was close with the FTA furnishing claiming i signed for the item which is not true. PayPal didn't show proof just went ahead and close case. I am involving my bank as this is fraud , wowcher and FTA furnishing are thieves

failed to pick up after making the seller wait home all day , now item has been relisted. utterly useless lots, a fart is more useful than this . offered to rebook which was no good. not even offering compensation only a stupid " i know it must be very disappointing i can only apologise' you can shove your apology up yours courier cans

Another useless and timewasting app developed by NHS, only heavens know how much money was wasted on this not fit for purpose app. I cant book appt with GP, instead promoting self diagnosis and array of useless choices. what's the point of book new appoint when it doesn't give you the opportunity to see the GP. what are my taxes for?

as An early believer in EGG, I believe this is the time for it to take its rightful position. There have been other finance platform which i wont mention but EGG.fi is the real deal. DYOR as usual as i am not a financial advisor
