Super super fast with communication, proofs, proof changes, and finalization of order. My sales Rep 'Eva N' was awesome.

I decided late in our home remodel to put in a wine cellar so I needed a quick turnaround. I searched the Internet for someone to help me with design and product. I tried 3 different companies, and Wine Racks America, Inc. quickly became my favorite. My rep Rori Chandler was able to quickly understand my wants and my needs, and put it together into a great plan. She worked with me again later in the project when I needed to change my cooler design. And finally, when the contractors were putting the wooden part of my racks together, they found 2 small pieces with quality issues. All it took was a single email to Rori, and the replacement parts were on my doorstep in less than a week. All in all - a great experience, and I would certainly use them again.

I love Gary Gribbles...always have. However....when I was in the store about a week ago while my wife was purchasing new running shoes, I sat back and watched the action. 3 customers, 3 different sales people...and all followed the same ‘script’. Sell the shoes, brag about the great support, then sell inserts and say how much they improve the ‘great’ shoe. Then, sell the ‘recovery’ sandels to help your feet recover from the ‘great’ shoes. My honest opinion was that Gary Gribbles had moved from a ‘let us help you’ model to a ‘let’s sell you everything we can’ model. Therefore I chose to purchase my shoes online and bypass the hard sale of stuff I’ve never needed before, and likely don’t need now. I hope I misjudged what was going on...but I don’t think so.

We were hesitant to spend this amount of money on something we had never 'touched and felt'. My continued emails and phone calls to the company however gave us the confidence to go with them sight-unseen. (We did purchase the frame samples and glass samples, which were very helpful.)

I say all of this because we were overjoyed when opening our framed mirror when we saw the quality and craftmanship of the product. It's everything we'd hoped for, and more. Everyone who see's it wants to know from where we purchased it.

My only caveat to all of this is that I chose to hang it myself. This was not an easy task, and I would recommend most people use a professional installer, or have a couple of other sets of strong arms and good tempers when leveling and mounting this product.
