Just started using this app, mainly for price. I am impressed by the concept and experience so far. The AI feels intuitive and the pricing seems quite transparent. Planning to use it more for my next trip!

We booked our car with a local company in Pisa with cardelmar. Since we arrived the night before quite late, we stayed near airport and booked our pick up from airport. Before leaving our hotel, we called a few times to the number of the car company but no one picked up. This was during opening hours of the company. Anyway we arrived at the airport on time for the pick up and called agency again. No one picked up. We gave up and called car del mar. They said book another car and ask for a refund on return to London. We did. But company said phone line is working and we cannot do anything! Amazing company!
