⭐ 1-Star Review
⭐ 1-Star Review: Walmart’s Delivery Service Is Terrible
Walmart has one of the worst delivery services I’ve experienced. My packages never arrive on time, and it’s extremely frustrating to order something expecting it to be delivered on the promised date, only to be left waiting. A delivery service should be reliable, keep customers informed, and honor the delivery timeframes it provides.
There is no excuse for repeatedly failing to deliver packages on time. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting good service, and Walmart needs to do better. The whole point of ordering online is convenience, but these delivery issues make the experience stressful and disappointing.
Walmart seriously needs to improve its delivery service, because customers deserve better than late packages and broken promises.
The order was late once again
The order was late once again. This is my second order. And both times it was late and unjustified. Im still waiting for the last order that was due today at the latest according to Walmart. They don't know what they are talking about and give generated responses. Both orders were for business related reasons and therefore affected my business negatively by being late. Nobody takes responsibility for the pathetic lack of diligence and on my first late order, it was for four new tires. Never received a call to cancel a scheduled appointment. I wouldn't have known not to show up, if I hadn't initiated a follow up call to confirm my appointment. Truly I will never order from Walmart again and advise strongly against any dealing with them.10/13/2026
Does Walmart REALLY care about its customers....or not?
I visit Walmart very often, It is a favorite place to shop. Good prices and usually good selections. Being semi-disabled I need a motorized cart to get around the very large store. Almost every time I go, most or all of their 7-8 motorized carts are out of service, not charged or being used as a leaning post by door security. So much for the company caring for the disabled and their community. Walmart....get your act together.
keep yout aisles clean
keep yout aisles clean, the amount of times i walk through an aisle and see applesauce all over the floor. it has got to be a joke.
Walmart logistics is a nightmare
Walmart logistics is a nightmare. Package shipping for items that are not at a local store can take 7-10 days in some cases. My current order took 8 days before delivery, mostly because it sat at a distribution center for 3 days before being handed off to USPS. Thought this might be a good alternative to Amazon, but finding out that neither Amazon nor Walmart+ are very good choices.
Empty orders and no follow up
Sept 5th
Walmart online order tires
Make appointment for sept19th for install
Sept 18th my in transit turns to delayed
Calling Walmart: waste of time it’s a BS AI scam! Talk to no one and sent into this forever loop.
Then I finally get a person: he’s yelling at me telling me I need to pick them up at the store. I ask if he could call the store and verify they are at store. He gives some bs excuse.
I drove a hr to the Walmart
Waited and worked with to find out in his system they say the orders canceled!
How’s that Walmart has one order with different reports.
So these 3 hrs and 1/2 tank of gas for listen to Walmart bs call center added to me calling per call center. Call back in 24hrs, 48, 72, next week, etc.
Thought switching from Amazon to Walmart was a smart move until I see how WALMART RUNS the customer like cattle
Not As Claimed and a Total Disappointment
First the quality of Walmart products is extremely poor. This is just one of many dissatisfaction reviews posted. The shippers that they use are constantly days late on shipping. Product returns are not easy as they say. Discounts they claim do not apply to many purchases, for example automotive products and services. I'll stick with Amazon, Costco, Discount Tire and Firestone. They treat me better. This experience is similar with in-store shopping and Walmart is only a last resort stop.
The web site is unprofessional
The web site is unprofessional trash, showing a clear lack of pride in functionality. When I tried to log in, it sent a 6 digit code to my E-mail. When I entered the code, it said, "Something went wrong, check the code and enter again." I checked it to make sure it was right, and kept pressing the button to log in. Then it said to hold a button down to prove I am not a robot. I did, and it said, Try again.
I was finally able to get in with a code sent to my phone, but this is obviously not a site for which I would pay premium membership. On the other hand, delivery has become more reliable than it was in the past.

I had the oil changed in my car at Walmart in Prairie du Chien, Wi. . I drove approximately 170 miles that day and put the car in my garage. When I backed the car out a few days later I noticed a large oil pool on the floor. Long story short - the oil filter had not been tightened properly so when I started the engine, oil ran in a stream out of the filter area.
I called the store and 3.5 hours later received a call back from the service manager saying that I should have the oil changed at a local shop and bring them the bill. He repeatedly said, " I can't do anything about it". They made the mistake but I am supposed to deal with the problem and drive 60 miles to get a refund.
The work bull____ was designed to describe stores like Walmart and their customer service. Never again!

I was @ delivery location when delivered, additionally I checked the surveillance 15 before/ 15 after time of 'delivery'. Picture was made to where 0 location or even package couldn't be made. Once again I was PRESENT when this was supposedly delivered. After 3 attempts to get the correct department I was told I must wait until Monday to file. Today is MONDAY, was forced to go through the entire process again for the rep to tell me it has not been enough time and disconnected the chat.
Wonder why Amazon had taken over this white trash empire?a? This dont hell
Walmart+ is sometimes a good thing
Walmart+ is sometimes a good thing . But , if you place a order on a high traffic day , you are not told that a delay is highly probable , and possibly not delivered until the next day. They just assume , you don't mind waiting around for days , to receive your order . Myself , personally , I would prefer to be warned , so I can place my order on another day , that is not so busy . If I place a order at 10 am. , and it can't be delivered at all that day , I feel that is Wal-Mart not caring about all the hours of customers waiting . Instead , of waiting around the house for 2 days to get some groceries delivered , I would prefer to get groceries at Martin's or save - a - lot . Next , time when its time to renew , I may decline . I looked it up on google , they claim your order sits and is not delivered , because you are not giving a tip . Even though they I pay extra for the in - house service , evidently the Wal-Mart drivers are not paid enough , by Wal-Mart , to make them actually want to deliver your groceries . I had one driver complain , saying he should be home watching football , instead of delivering your groceries . Even though its his chosen job , to deliver groceries .
I can’t believe I’m about to say this…
I can’t believe I’m about to say this after getting my groceries delivered EVERY MONTH for almost 2 years now with MINIMAL issues… but Walmart.com, their customer service, and their ai phone support are all about as useless as a box of rocks!!!! They canceled my delivery order early this morning AS THE GIRL WAS SHOPPING FOR IT, for NO REASON according to a customer service rep I spoke with immediately after seeing the order get canceled. She said it was a mistake on their part and for me to reorder in 30 min. Now of course I’m upset by this bc I’m starving and my god would have been to my house by that time but there was nothing I could do. So after 30 min the csr calls me back and while I’m on the phone with her I place my order AGAIN. Well wouldn’t you know about an hour later my order gets canceled AGAIN by Walmart. So AGAIN i call customer service, and now this time I’m FURIOUS bc the man, claiming to be a manager (said his name was pronounced “Jay”, spelled Jai I think) he couldn’t have cared less about any of it, and tries to tell me that it was my card that canceled it. So naturally I go to that app and look and I tell him No sir, it wasn’t my card, the card went thru just fine and you guys took the money off of it then after YOU GUY’S canceled my order AGAIN you added the money BACK to my card. And so me and him go back and forth about this until he finally admitted that he just wanted me to be sure that it wasn’t my card so we could cover all our bases??!!!!!??!!??!? But before that he was VERY MATTER OF FACTLY stating that it WAS ABSOLUTELY my card that canceled this time, not Walmart. I HAVE NO WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED I AM WITH THIS WHOLE PROCESS!!! Like I thought that was Walmart’s “THING”, good customer service??????? I had to end that phone call with him telling me to just try my order again in like 2 to 3 hours, which means I now won’t get my delivery until tomorrow!!! My first delivery would have been here at 9am this morning and now I won’t get to eat until tomorrow and that’s only IF THEY DON’T CANCEL IT AGAIN!!!! I’m literally in tears over this bc I’m freakin hungry and can’t get my groceries bc of their mistake and they couldn’t give two shits!!!! WTH Walmart?????? You’ve definitely lost another regular customer….I guess the higher prices at other places are worth it after all just to be treated like a human being. SMH. (Oh, and I’m a “Premium” member too 🙄)
Deceptive, lying, money hungry Walmart…
The people behind the scenes at Walmart are deceptive lying scammers in order to get the most money out of you, for instance, trying to purchase something at a local store and it shows as pick up is unavailable yet they have them in stock and they give you only delivery options! Because they want your money to pay for delivery! I have a screenshot to prove it, however trust pilot does not give you the option to upload anything!
Delivery Failed, Tracking Invalidated by FedEx, and Walmart Holds Funds Hostage
I ordered a clear backpack specifically required for my workplace, with Walmart promising delivery by today, Saturday, October 10th. The item never arrived. To make matters worse, checking with FedEx confirmed that the tracking number provided is completely invalid/no longer active.
When I contacted Walmart customer service to resolve this, the representative completely refused to issue an immediate refund. Instead, they hid behind policy and stated they cannot even initiate a refund request until Tuesday, October 13th.
Given bank and merchant processing times of 3 to 5 business days, making me wait until the 13th to simply submit the claim means I will not actually see my money returned until October 16th or 17th. I am left without the essential equipment I need to work, and Walmart is holding my money hostage for an order their carrier cannot even verify. Total failure of delivery logistics and unacceptable customer support.

Leaving me and my cats to starve for a week because of a technical difficulty on their end. Tell customer service that we have no food, and no money left to replace everything I just ordered, expecting some sort of resolution or compensation. All they say is not to be concerned because the funds will be available in my account in 5-7 days. My cats would likely be eating me alive at that point, but sure nothing to be concerned about. I am so beyond livid, I never want to even see the word Walmart again. Worthless piece of shit company.
Sales Tax Charge To Purchase A Subway gift card
Why are WalMart stores located in Columbus, GA; programming their cashier outlets to collect tax on the purchase of Subway gift cards? The sale of this type of item is tax exempt in Georgia. The POS device loads up tax for the purchase of a Subway gift card.
CONSUMER AWARENESS— WALMART.COM AND…
CONSUMER AWARENESS— WALMART.COM AND CHIME ONLINE BANKING
A few days after completing and paying for my Walmart.com order, I received notifications of multiple additional attempted withdrawals within 48 hours. Thankfully my chime card was locked, so none were successful.
I contacted Walmart, but representatives stated they couldn’t even see the attempted transactions in their system. I also contacted my former bank, Chime, multiple times, because I’ve had this issue with them in the past and also with online gaming and I don’t play games. Their repeated solution was to issue another debit card rather than provide an explanation or address my concerns about account security.
I eventually stopped banking with Chime because I lost confidence in their ability to protect my financial information. I also filed a BBB complaint, which was closed without requiring Walmart to respond.
My concern goes beyond my own account. How many other consumers could be experiencing similar activity without realizing it? Replacing debit cards repeatedly should not be the only response to suspicious activity. Consumers deserve answers, transparency, and secure protection. Keep in mind, the holidays are coming up!!!
I wish I had the option to share screenshots to document my experience and encourage others to monitor their accounts closely.
Run from the Russellville,Al Store
I would suggest that you have no vehicle serviced at the Walmart in Russellville, AL. I had an oil change performed and the treads on the pan and plug was stripped. I called and talked to a lady and because of her attitude I requested to talk with the store manager she told me that she was the manager and was the only manager there, found out later that she was not the store manager. She was rude and had no customer care experience at all. I only wanted to let them they may have a problem in the service department. I did call Walmart' customer service and was told the store manager would be contacting me which never heard from anyone. The lady that I talked too should never be put in a position where she will be talking with customers. She needs some real training in customer service and understanding without customers she does not have a job. I worked in this field for more than 20 years as a manager and she would be looking at the door from the other side.
