No receipt

Hey , pretty poor costumer service ,I didn't a receipt with my working shoes so I couldn't get paid back from my working place .When I send a reclamation,I never got an answer,I suspect all complaints go straight to the bin,all and all I 'll recommend avoid this site

I have used Vitafy 1-2 times and their…

I have used Vitafy 1-2 times and their prices and delivery were decent. However, I ordered on the 16th of April and due to Easter my order did not get delivered and yet was left in a packing station 30 mins from my place.
This happened even after paying an extra to get it delivered on my delivery address. Upon contacting their customer, they did not issue any refund and kept saying that it got "delivered".
Poor customer service.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. However, please note that we do not charge any extra fees for specific delivery types – any such changes or redirections (like delivery to a packing station) are managed directly by DHL.

If your parcel was rerouted or placed in a different location, it’s likely due to DHL settings or delivery preferences associated with your address. We recommend contacting DHL directly to clarify or adjust any redirection rules on your account.

Quality is not like earlier

Have a good range of products, and also customer support reply on time. I have used their service more than a few times, and from time to time their price is better.
But this is until I faced a poor quality whey delivery from them. It's the top brand in the market and I have used it for more than a few years. But the recent delivery from them isn't as good as like earlier.

They Stole 66 euros from me

We all know that nowadays with advance of technology we expect to get our online purchases as soon as possible. I had a training plan scheduled to start with whey protein. I purchased it on April 24th with Vitafy, today May 16th no product came and they ignored all my 7 emails asking for a status. Thanks for delaying my training plan. Please give back my money that you stole. Thanks

I ordered twice.First time I received…

I ordered twice.First time I received no notifiaction of my order,which was late,second time I transferred the money and didnt get nothing.They said they didnt get the money and after two weeks the system automatically cancel the order,BUT my order was within 8 days.
