I accidentally purchased the wrong VDS…

I accidentally purchased the wrong VDS package and contacted support shortly after the purchase to request a refund. I explained that I currently cannot afford the more expensive package I actually need and that I would consider purchasing it from VibeGAMES in the future.

Unfortunately, support simply told me: “We do not provide refunds just like that.”

I understand that refunds may have conditions, but I expected more flexibility and customer support in a situation where the wrong package was purchased by mistake.

The support team was responsive, but the refund experience was disappointing.

I hope VibeGAMES can improve its approach to situations like this.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I'm sorry the outcome wasn't what you were hoping for.

To clarify: as stated in our Terms of Service, we're not able to issue refunds for purchases made by mistake. That said, we don't like leaving customers stuck with a product that doesn't fit, which is why our team offered to change your service to a different product type instead. That message is still open in your ticket and we haven't heard back yet.

The offer still stands. Just reply to your existing ticket and we'll get it sorted for you.

Best VPS Provider by far

I am never leaving this company , I have tried other VPS providers and this is on another level, never lags or crashes . Not just that, the customer service is efficient and really good. They are always there to help with your issues. Thank you VibeGames and Matt has helped me out countless times. Appreciate you all

Worst hosting ever.

Support team is beyond horrible. Hosting is beyond horrible, the server im on keeps going down on fiveM doesn't even last over an hour and it goes down. Fix the hosting its beyond horrible.
