Tiffany glas in lood
I bought a “glas-in-lood” piece after reading many times how it is made out of glass versus how others make it of acrylic or something.
What I did not know then (never had an item like that before) was that copper foil technique makes the item sound like a plastic counterfeit. I had a few disappointed days, and a frustrated review which I’m now updating.
I now know it is glass. It would have been more helpful should the user manual describe a bit more detail than just saying “glass panels”. For a layman like myself, it felt deceiving.
On the positive side, the piece was very solidly packed and delivered, just like a fragile glass item should be. And the design is very beautiful. I also appreciate customer service team acknowledgement and follow up .

I bought 10 100’ 2” discharge hoses and 3 leak like sprinkler hoses after 1 hour of use.
Gave information to Vevor and they said they would resolve it in 48 hrs. Has been over a week now and they have answered many emails telling me I am a priority. Several phone calls and the hang up after you wait 15 minutes.

Good stable product
Good stable product. Easy to install and use . Comfortable working with it. Only the side slides are not deep enough to prevent things to fall out when you transport it

My order was 50% okay.
I got 2 VEVOR House Floor Jacks, 19"-36" Height Range, 18000 lbs Max Load Capacity, Adjustable Support Beams.
They seem to be very strong and good as many friends who bought the same Jacks told me.
However, in my order I got one jack in perfect conditions but the other Jack had some kind of rusted welded base area that was painted over and the paint had fallen of, also or the worst it was bended by a strong Impact or pressure in one of the base corners, it was bended to a point it did not even stand on its own, totally unsafe for use . I will send it back for refund. UPDATE 26/08/2026: Customer Service is very fast and helpful, I will get my refund as requested, therefore I change my score here. Damaged products can happen anywhere, what is important is how the seller company assist you, in this case they are doing great. Thanks

Vevor did good.
The item ordered works great.
Shipping could improve a bit. Would be great if vevor would offer shipment to be delivered at a safety box just in case I'm not at home.
