I've been working with Toptal for several years now, and it's been a great experience. As a product designer, I've had the chance to work with some amazing clients, meet talented people, and be part of projects that have really pushed me to grow.

Easy to use portal. Straightforward billing

I joined Toptal to have a backup option in case I ever was without a full-time job. Through Toptal I was able to get access to Fortune 100 enterprise businesses which would have been difficult to break into on my own. Now Toptal is my primary gig. I’ve been able to work on many high profile projects this way. Toptal has been great for me and I recommended it to all of my colleagues.

Good clients from the US and Europe and real products to work on. One of the best ways to work with international teams from here.

First, don't belive their brand making strategy by screening test. They want to create brand value by rejecting and discriminating people to create PR value. Think of them as local agent they give the job to whom they know already, the freelancers are worthless for them because they have enough people as freelancers but if you try to find hirer, they already have people they know. The aim of the company is creating front for money givers(hirers) so that they can get the money from them(you can see from the review that their job quality is not good enough) their trap is big they have good seo writers so that internet accept them as good but in reality they are bad. And they are lying about "we select talented people" - this is their strategy. If you want to search their address or phone number or any contract address you won't find the way to reach them. They have only mailing addresses. They are ghost company no headquarters found on anywhere. They say they have mailing address in SF but I don't think this company is based in San Francisco they are just using its US based brand value. The real problem is that they assessing people's communication skill with the ones that do not have any communication skills. Assessors are reading very from their screen fast. Assessors' pronunciation and fluency also communication skills are very low level. They are talking too fast and not like in natural language(with low end pronunciation). In addition to that, they are reviewing your communication skill with the people who have very low communication skill. And these assessors are discriminating people at the nation level. And I won't give their nation name, but you will understand who i am talking about. And For God Sake, creating sw developer hub with only two nations won't win I think(they still do not understand this topic). Time is passing for them. Fake reviews on trustpilot and internet won't help them to win over the real reviews. Yādṛśī bhāvanā yasya siddhirbhavati tādṛśī (यादृशी भावना यस्य सिद्धिर्भवति तादृशी) Don't give a shit to them.

I really enjoyed working with Toptal. The hiring process is smooth and Toptal team helps with almost everything. They also helped me to update and improve my resume.

The interviews are smooth and they match jobs based on your skills. Clients are also flexible about working hours and time overlap.

Salary is always on time and matcher and support team always follow up to check everything is going well.

I also like the trial period. It gives both sides a good chance to know each other and see if they can work well together.

Overall I had a very good experience with Toptal and I feel my clients were also happy working with me.
