Taskrabbit is the best app for extra help you need for anything! I love using it for moving, furniture building, event setup, etc. It has come in handy many times in multiple cities. I recommend to anyone in a major U.S. city to use it!

The Tasker did no work he did not clean the bathrooms at all he must have been pretending to work sprinkling water here and there making noise banging on things because when he left nothing had been done nothing I was downstairs resting preparing for surgery my daughter went up and alerted me that the floors weren't clean I mentioned it to him I asked him to scrub the tub and little did I know he hadn't even touched either of the toilets the sinks weren't clean my shower wasn't clean he didn't wash the shower doors he did nothing absolutely nothing I exaggerate not and to add insult to injury apparently task rabbits policy is to only offer half credit back even though I took videotape and photographs to demonstrate the lack of work that he had done absolutely the worst company ever because they are rewarding him for doing nothing my money should have been credited back to me in full and the customer service agent did not tell me that I was only getting half back he led me to believe I was getting a full credit back and that was a lie a deception and the customer service agent Supervisor was no better I wanted her to document would happened and she would not. There are other companies that provide better more straightforward customer support out there I'm not allowed to name them but they're very popular use them instead. do not use taskrabbit this was a horrendous experience. I completely wasted my money I have surgery tomorrow and I would never trust them to have someone come in and clean my house let alone do anything else. Had they given me a refund then I would have considered them to be a legitimate company as my photograph evidence spoke volumes. Is not a customer being picking in this was a tasker who scammed me and scammed them and they backed him .I deserved a total refund.absolutely horrible

My deposit was kept for a tasker that canceled and the pricing is misleading.

Great tasker. On time. Hard worker. Offers good advice/suggestions for packing task.

Taskrabbit is an absolute life saver. So easy to book, clear pricing, and i’ve had great experiences.

Avoid at all cost. The process is unclear, and their customer support ai is a joke. I have to explain myself like 10 times. I needed to book someone to wait in line while my family is visiting new york. My first two taskers don’t respond but until they do I cannot book another tasker. I am now charged each one of them and must show them why I need deposit refund. What a joke.

Did not appreciate being charged an hourly surcharge. Also one individual pulled a switcheroo and said instead of an hourly rate he wanted to charge a flat rate that was 3 times the hourly rate. When I protested, he dropped $25. Then the day before the project, he cancelled. I only discovered the cancellation when I was searching Task Rabbit for something else.

It was okay, I did not know about the service fee.

App was easy to use. Tasker communicated well, did a great job at a fair price

TaskRabbit was easy to navigate. I was able to find a good, reliable person to help me assemble a pergola that I bought for my home. Jared was good at what he does and very efficient. Good communicator. The cost was reasonable. I will definitely use the app for other tasks in the future.

It was so easy to find someone to install our blinds for us, making the appointment was quick and simple (the best kind!). He was friendly, efficient, and thorough. I was referred to Taskrabbit by my son, who has used them several times and had only good things to say. It was definitely worth the cost, which was actually less than I had anticipated. Thank you.

I needed someone to come and fix my dishwasher. I scheduled a new tasker and it was canceled the day of but was offered another taster. I scheduled that new tasker and he couldn’t come. I searched for another tasker who had many reviews and high ratings. He came and was phenomenal. He was more costly than new taskers but well worth it. Would definitely rehire and highly recommend Artem.

Task Rabbit is a good app but often had bad experiences with it. Most of the tasks that you are planning gets cancelled in the last minute wasting your time and plans. Also the Coupon Code they give you for discount gets expired if a tasker cancels the task. Now you are out of coupon code and task is not complete. There are some great taskers who can do your job perfectly but their charges are equally higher. Most of the taskers charge 2 hours minimum, I had a small Item to be moved upstairs and taskers demanded 2 hours of time along with fee from Task Rabbit it becomes unaffordable. I had to find private handyman to perform some of the tasks. Unreliable and inconsistent task plannings.

I don’t like that I can’t find someone within my radius. I don’t like the prices, they’re kinda expensive.

I had a job completed to assemble a medium vanity and it cost me 163 bucks. I don’t think Il be booking anyone to build on this platform.
