Well made but doesn't really save me time
It's well made but it doesn't really save me any time.
I bought it to clean scale in the bath, but I find it's quicker to just use a cloth and scouring paste like Jif.
Also I wanted to buy one type of head as an accessory but it came bundled with another type I didn't want - too bad, it was a package.
So I just went back to the cloth & Jif, a few hundred dollars poorer.

Horrible purchase experience. Unit great
I really disliked the website to purchase the Synoshi. I just wanted to add a different head and was very frustrated and ended up buying from EBay which was much simpler.
The unit itself is great and makes cleaning the shower easier

The super pro is great. The other units we have are extremely useful as well, getting into corners etc.

My new miracle tool
As a small woman with little arm strength, Synoshi has become my miracle tool for cleaning my bathroom and kitchen. It’s easy to use and super effective! The charge lasts a long time and changing the heads is a snap. I plan to purchase the extender to spare my back before tackling the grout on my bathroom floor.

I am happy with my Synoshi think it but not with the Customer Service.…
I am happy with my Synoshi think it will be useful if I could just get the brushes to attach to the unit. I did purchase in November but due too ongoing health issues I have Parkinsons and Dystonia a painful dehabilitating side effect of Parkinsons. I have been in and out of hospital so checking the wrong brushes were not a priority to me at the time. I did not realise that the brushes I purchased did not attach to the unit wrong brushes were sent. On speaking to a girl not sure where from I was told I was too late to get brushes changed. No apologies were given all my fault no empathy at all very cold emails which upset me there is customer service then there is Sarah from Synoshi. I truly agree that refund policy does not go as far back as November but I thought that I purchased the brushes in good faith I did not ask for attachments that did not fit my Synoshi now I am left with 4 of the large ones as I purchased 2 and 4 of the smaller size. I actually purchased 2 Synoshi units 4 other attachments all doubles.
Not sure what the brushes they sent me by mistake will fit I was not even told that. Now I have been left with two Synoshis with no brushes that will fit, so all that money spent and I am not able to use the Synoshi what a waste. So beware to check all your attachments as soon as you receive them as they take your money but do not want to know you when there is a fault from their end. I will say that I do like the Synoshi the cone brushes my son tried did a good job but they will not do my walls etc. My son has kindly offered to do some cleaning for me but the other attachments that were correct will not do big jobs. I spent a lot of money on the Synoshi site and thought maybe under the circumstances there would be some type of understanding even admitting that they were sorry for sending out the wrong brushes would have been nice but they did not take any ownership of that. I am on disability pension and cannot afford to buy more brushes.
Support at Synoshi have replied to this post and have asked me for some information and they will have a look at it. Not holding out much hope but will let you know what happens. I am grateful for Trustpilot post my review,

I am letting you know what happened it did not take them long to come to decision still the same I honestly do not know why they asked me to fill a form in with more details a waste of time. I thought it was someone different having a look but NO it was Sarah. They had no intention of looking at my situation favorably if I had known it was Sarah I would not have wasted 1/2 day getting it all together. I just wanted to add I found the brushes they sent me on ebay as cheap as all sellers were from the USA so I presume the brushes I was sent were old American stock. Do not buy these ones they are in a yellow box with grey casing not the purple and red ones in a blue box as they will not fit your Synoshi.
PLEASE always look at your purchases to see if there are any faults, if they work oh and the brushes fit your unit even if you are very sick because if you do not you might come across a Company like Synoshi.
Sorry I am so angry and exhausted with this matter now the latest message I received from Synoshi they are now saying I ordered the Standard not the Pro, They are really either stupid or are trying to wear me down they are unbelievable I have 2 Pro's I even purchased more attachments and they fit the Pro. Sorry to bore everyone with my 'Brush Review' but I am hoping someone can see what you can be up against with these Companies
I have an update on my review I have received correspondence from Mr Jaze Torres the Customer Care Manager at Synoshi and he has offered to look at my request.
My final post on my journey with Synoshi. Mr Jaze Torres, on behalf of the Company, kindly offered to replace the wrong brushes which I naturally accepted. I appreciated the offer and I admit my request was not within the time frame on their policy for a refund but I was sent the wrong brushes and I feel my reason for late request, mainly my poor health that I feel it was accepted. The moral of the story is please check all your purchases that they are as they should be and that they are operational.
This is my final update regarding my review for synoshi.com.
I have received the replacement brushes, all thanks to the kindness and understanding of Mr. Jaze Torres, CBustomer Care Manager at Synoshi. Jaze acted in a highly professional manner in dealing with this issue and showed a very kind and thoughtful attitude towards me.

A great tool in the cleaning arsenal
Pufchase process was smooth, follow-up outstanding, and a solid well-functioning produict. I used the brush attachment on the Synoshi to clean the tile and grout on the floor of a shower stall that had been neglected by previous owners of the house. The Synoshi did an admirable job to make the surface bright, clean, and like new. Battery life is outstanding, allowing cleaning for up to 45 minutes or more.

They are scammers and thieves who set up automatic payments without having asked for your consent or permission. Furthermore, with automatic payments they sell you different material from what you ordered and they order it in addition. If you are not careful to check the movements and block them, they deny having scammed you and continue to add other purchases.
