Stranded no more roadside is a scam, they do not exist! they do not answer and reply - only they took the money, no receipts, nothing

This Company is a scam! They do not exist but they take the money.
I have paid one month ago and never received anything, no membership, no receipt, no confirmation of nothing!

I have paid $ 69 for the roadside assistance and paid in their website page. I made a huge mistake not testing if they really existed. If you tried so send them email they do not reply. IF you try to call the numbers they provide on their website and in their pds, the numbers are out of service and the only one who is active 1300 517 119 they never answer: they say to leave a message because they are all busy! I have been calling for three weeks (after the first one waiting for an email reply after the payment) and they have never called me back.

I have opened a legal dispute with Authorities to investigate the case and also I informed my bank about this and they have opened an internal investigation trying to get the money back and also they informed me to replace my debit card for security reasons.

They claim to be based in Sydney (customer service) but in their pds there is no information about anything!

I have learnt an important lesson today. This is anyway a serious matter because you pay for an important service and they are not providing it.

Most of the emails are out of service or they are not monitored such as "info@strandednomore. com.au",

other numbers out of service are: 1300495024 and 1300259723
