Happy that I found Rito. They had what I was looking for and the prices were good too. Delivery was around 2 weeks which is ok with me. Very dependable and I will consider ordering from them again in the future.

Rito is a lifeline for me in the US access to fabulous yarns. I have loved all the Drops Yarns I have tried. Quick delivery prices are excellent and order shipped correctly. I have tried Drops BELLE, Nepal, alpaca,alpaca silk in mohair silk. There may be more I can't remember right now, but I am definitely going to order from Rito again and again.

Prices are amazing, they are quick to get is shipped and the packages have arrived quickly.

I even accidentally sent an order to the wrong address and when the person reached out to them they called me to ask about it. Excellent customer service.

I am so impressed with the whole experience with Rito's. A huge selection of yarn, and the mohair-silk blend is of OMG amazing quality! The shipping... it’s unbelievable... three days from Copenhagen to the US!!! How is that even possible!?!? Highly recommended!

Got my order. No problems. Took a little while to arrive but to be expected since it had to come to U.S.

I ordered wooden boxes with handles from Rito, and the packaging was absolutely TERRIBLE. They shipped WOODEN BOXES in nothing but a bag with basically no protection. Not surprisingly, one arrived BROKEN.

What makes it even worse? I’ve emailed them TWICE about the damaged item, and they haven’t even bothered to respond.

Bad packaging is one thing. Completely ignoring a customer when something arrives broken is another.

Save yourself the frustration. I will NEVER order from Rito.com again.

Very beautiful yarn , good prices and fast shipping

This company charges a fee for using PayPal! When queried, they said it was a fee required by PayPal and wished me a great day!

Your reply doesn't change my review. It has confirmed my decision not to use you again.
I have used PayPal as both buyer and seller. As a seller I absorbed the cost, just as I absorbed banking costs. You can't charge extra for credit cards & debit cards and PayPal tell sellers not to charge extra for using PayPal.
As a buyer you are the ONLY company I have ever dealt with who has charged me. You obviously don't value your PayPal customers which is fine, because we'll use one of several other really good alternatives.
Stop adding your meaningless "have a great day" (or similar) when you clearly don't mean it, because it just sounds hollow. It would be more useful if you provided a breakdown of how you got to £2.50.
