I recently bought some OEM pulled parts from a DJI Goggles 2 from Reboot, and I honestly had a really great experience with them.
I had been looking for these parts for quite some time, and Reboot was the only website where I could find them, and in such good condition. I contacted them through WhatsApp before ordering and they replied almost immediately.
What really impressed me is what they did to get the parts I needed. They actually found a fully working DJI Goggles 2 to use as a donor unit, and they personally checked that the headset was working before taking it apart.
They kept me updated throughout the whole process without me having to ask for updates. They sent me photos and videos of the disassembly, as well as videos showing that the specific parts I needed were working correctly. If I had any questions, they always replied very quickly and were very kind.
They even sent me a video of the packaging before shipping. The package was prepared very carefully and professionally.
The shipping was free and very fast. They shipped everything on the same day they disassembled the donor headset, and the package arrived in Italy surprisingly quickly. Everything was packed exactly as shown in the video, and all the parts arrived in perfect condition and fully working.
I also want to mention the technician who did the disassembly. He did an excellent job. Everything was removed with great care, and the quality of the work was honestly impressive.
Overall, what impressed me most was not just the quality of the parts, but the professionalism and the level of service. They were transparent, available, careful and very attentive throughout the entire process. I have rarely had this kind of experience when buying used or pulled electronic parts.
The prices are also very good, especially considering the kind of service they provide. In my case, these parts are extremely difficult to find, and Reboot is basically the only place where I was able to get them with this level of quality. They have very little competition in this specific area.
They have definitely become a reference point for me in this sector. As soon as I have the opportunity, I would really like to build a long-term relationship with them and buy from them again.
Highly recommended. It is clear that they really care about what they do and about their customers.

I had an amazing experience with Reboot Hub from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, especially from Thomas, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process.
When there was an issue with Evri and a lack of support from the courier, Thomas kept me updated, tracked the package continuously, and never stopped until it was safely delivered. Even though the delivery delay was completely outside of Reboot Hub’s control, Thomas still offered me a 30% partial refund as a goodwill gesture. That level of customer care is rare and shows how much they value their customers.
The communication was excellent throughout, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was their top priority.
I highly recommend Reboot Hub for drone repairs, replacement parts, and anything drone-related. I’ll definitely be using them again and I’m already looking forward to purchasing my next drone from them.
