Optima gave optimal performance
My experience with Optima was rather pleasant, i contacted them for a house clean. Response to my enquiry was sift and well explained. I knew where I stood, what would b done and how much it would cost. On the day the cleaner turned up on time and did a great job. Closed the house up because I was out this was very thoughtful. I booked Optima Cleaner to…
I booked Optima Cleaner to professionally clean (Deep clean &pet hair ) my sofa, but the cleaner did not clean the sides or side corners of the sofa.
After the cleaner left, I checked the sofa myself and found dead cockroaches in the side corners that had clearly not been cleaned. This was extremely disappointing, especially because I had paid for a deep clean professional sofa cleaning service.
When I contacted Optima Cleaner about the issue, instead of properly resolving the problem and arranging for the missed areas to be cleaned, they appeared to be trying to avoid coming back and completing the job.
What is also frustrating is that Optima Cleaner appears to act as an intermediary between customers and independent cleaners. Regardless of who actually performed the cleaning, I booked and paid through Optima, so I expected them to take responsibility for making sure the service was completed properly.
I am very unhappy with both the quality of the cleaning and the way my complaint has been handled.
I would not recommend Optima Cleaner based on my experience.
