Little usefulness
Tiny display. Difficult connection to HM series. No useful smartphone app. Difficult configuration only over web interface. No physical buttons. In current version, the device is almost useless.

The product in your order #13769 was clearly listed as a pre-sale product at the time of purchase, rather than a product guaranteed for immediate shipment from our German warehouse. Any stated transit time applies after dispatch and does not represent a guaranteed delivery date from the order date.
After you contacted us regarding the order status on August 28, we immediately checked the latest availability with our supply team. On August 31, we informed you that, according to the latest production schedule provided by the supplier, the expected restocking date is October 8.
We have already issued a full refund for order #13769 on September 1, 2026.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will continue to improve our inventory information and customer communication processes to provide a clearer and better purchasing experience in the future.

Slow rather than fast
One of the main reasons I placed my order with this company, rather than ordering from outside the EU, was to receive the items as quickly as possible. All items were in the EU warehouse and ready to ship when I ordered them. I checked all of them. However, it took about a month to post them. I don't see the advantage of ordering electronic components and PCBs from OpenELAB instead of AliExpress, which usually takes between one and two weeks.

There was a delay in the order due to availability of the board. Customer service was very helpful in shipping out the board once it was in stock. The board arrived as ordered with no startup problems. I would use OpenELAB again.

Website showed 9 in stock with us warehouse. They took my money but didn't confirm shipment. Contacted them to find out they didn't ship because they were out of stock. Was told to wait 5-10 days or they could ship a used demo model.
