My experience was the best I have had using a process server! Four contacts was all it took; 1 was requesting estimated cost for service; 2 was transfer of documents; 3 was invoice and payment; 4 was confirmation of service. Was simple, direct and time efficient. I will definitely use this service again.

Original: About the time our apostilled documents were due from you originally, you informed us the State Dept. person you usually work with "is no longer with the office." Then you said the two week clock would reset ending today. We have yet to receive our docs back. We are leaving the country this weekend. 1 star

There was an unexpected government delay (which was completely out of their control), but Kristen and her team quickly provided an official letter from their company for me to send to my destination. They were also very helpful and fast in accommodating a last-minute change to an international shipping address at no additional cost. Highly recommend!

Incredibly fast turnaround. I ordered a certified and apostilled copy of our marriage certificate and we received it (in Europe) in less than 2 weeks. A very streamlined process, from beginning to end, including getting notaries and tranlsations lined up to setting up delivery to Europe. Not cheap, but definitely worth it.
