Bad customer services and no order received

Placed an order on 28/06 for picked up in a Marvimundo store with an estimated delivery time to be 1-5 business days. After 8 business days I went to the store and they had no order and knew nothing. After 14 working days I reached out to Marvimundo customer services and never received a response. Still no order, no order updates, no communication and most importantly no money back! If you're planning to buy from Marvimundo, just go into the store but don't place an online order.
