3 weeks has passed and I still have not received my purchase. Today it was informed they still dont know when it will arrive and there is 95% chance the delivery will succeed. Whatever that means 🤔

Great quality and great products. Loved everything, super fast delivery

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a dress that was unfortunately too small, so I decided to return it at my own expense. I paid for the return shipping and sent the package back, but the parcel was returned to me without any clear explanation.

I find it unacceptable to have to pay so much to return an item and then have the package sent back despite following the return process. I am now having to contact customer service to try to get my refund.

For the price of the products, I expected a much better and more professional customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you are unsure about sizing or might need to make a return.

The quality for the price is unsatisfactory. I didnt expect it to be so poor. I actually feel tricked

My experience was excellent! From the product selection to the delivery at my residence, everything proceeded flawlessly and exceeded my expectations.

Dress in size M unfortunately did not fit a usual M. The dress also felt of less quality compared to the pictures shown online.

But specifically, do not buy the products in foreign countries. Shipping costs are all on the buyer. Although it is stated in their documents online, you pay 10€ for receiving the package and 13€ to return it again… I would not recommend to buy abroad.

Changing my review , as Marti Collection contacted with me and tried to investigate the issue.

I had a terrible experience.

Firstly, the order took about a month to come to my place, and I received it only because I was repeatedly trying to contact all the different delivery companies that were involved. Marti collection did not help or took responsibility for the untrustworthy courier that they cooperate with. I was trying to get information about where my order is and eventually I ended up calling all the local delivery companies to figure out if one of them had my parcel, because no one would tell me WHAT COMPANY will deliver my parcel, and they never even provided me with a local tracking number.

After all, one of the dresses I ordered was very nice. However, the second one had terrible quality (like I bought it from shein) and the fit was really weird. Of course I will not bother sending it back, even though it was expensive. because that would take 1 month again and based on other reviews here, they will not even receive it and it will come back to me .
Do yourself a favour and if you are not located in Portugal do not order from them.

It is been a month. I am waiting for my dress which i want to wear at a wedding. It has not arrived yet and they do not inform me when it will arrive. Am i doomed??? 😬😬 The wedding is at 26 September. I fear i will go there without a dress.

I am changing my review because i finally got my parcel. However I am still not happy with the way the whole thing went down. Their tracking system said it had been delivered and I never received a message that my package was out for delivery. I did not even know which local company was delivering it. Their tracking system had only an AI bot answering which made things very difficult. Finally, i receive an email from a local transportation company saying that I should go and get my package from a checkpoint or it will be shipped back tomorrow. All very last minute, i did not even know that my package was in my country. Additionally, when i chose delivery options I added my home address, not a checkpoint. So there was a reason that I wanted to have it delivered at home. Thankfully a friend could pick it up for me, but if I couldnt go, my parcel would be sent back. So yes, i did get my order, but the whole process was not well planned and I believe that I got my parcel fairly out of luck. Shipping outside of Portugal requires very good coordination and constant monitoring, so if you want to keep doing that make sure you improve your delivery and shipping services and communication. An AI chatbot is just not enough…

Quality is good, very fast to deliver and great service for any questions you have

This company is a joke. I returned my items just a few days after delivery because the dresses did not fit. My return then sat in Portuguese customs for over a month and was eventually sent back to me because Marti failed to provide the requested information to customs in time.

Customer service has been terrible throughout. I have received NO REFUND, spent an additional £20 to return the items, and I am now stuck with two unwanted dresses through no fault of my own.

Beware of this company. Do not order unless you are 100% sure you will keep the items, because returning them has been an absolute nightmare.

I ordered a set and a dress. Everytingh fit perfectly, after choosing my normal size. Both the dress and the set looked like in the pictures so I am pleasantly surprised. The delivery was smooth.

The most beautiful dress I have ever bought, very good quality and it even comes in a cute package. I definitely recommend this brand:)

14/08/2026: I still haven’t received my order, although the tracking information shows it as delivered. I contacted MARTI Collection immediately and they informed me that they had opened an investigation with the shipping company and would request proof of delivery. However, more than two weeks later, I still have not received my order or any proof of delivery.

Update – 09/09/2026: I have now received the dress. MARTI eventually confirmed that there had been an error with the original delivery and offered me either a full refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement, which was sent on 27 August and delivered today.

The whole process took longer than expected and required several follow-ups, but I appreciate that MARTI continued communicating with me, gave me the choice between a refund and replacement, and ultimately resolved the issue. The dress is beautiful.

Orderd a dress online which came with blood stains around the underwear area and up through the back so disgusting. This website doesnt even offer the option to return because the product is damaged and wants now that i pay for the shipping how ridiculous.

Loved everything! Got 3 dresses and 1 top. Quality is good, sizing is correct and shipping was fast! Super trendy and looks amazing on pictures 😍

I received only one of the three items I ordered, despite a two-month delivery time. So far, none of my attempts to contact the company have received a response.
