Loaded Reviews

The menu is very simple, making the search for my window shopping seem easier. Price is VERY competitive and the emails for codes are almost instant.

Fast delivery, 1/3 of the Steam price, great product, no issues at all 10*/10*

Easy,Fast, received key in minutes.
Great experience.

Easy, fast, simple....never had any problem so far!

At first I was rather hesitant as it sounded too good to be true, but it really is cheap and affordable. You can also have them notify you when a game is back in stock, which is a feature I quite like. I also like the coin system. I do wish there were more discount codes, like maybe seasonal ones, but that's just me being cheap.

Great prices, easy to move throughout the site, and got my order quickly. How much better does it get?

quick keys for low price, havent had any issues aside from some stuff not being in stock but not their fault

Got a Steam key for The Last of Us 1 and it works great, way cheaper than the Steam store. Definitely recommend Loaded for grabbing games.

I pre-ordered Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve from loaded.com on 24th September. when their site stated that the pre-order bonus (ace combat zero: the belkan war and F14-A were included) believing this to be the case I went ahead with the pre-order. Playing and completing the game along with checking several sources I contacted Bandai-Namco to find out why my pre-order bonus was not included. They directed me to loaded who I have not had issues with in the past. I then contacted Loaded who informed me that I had ordered the 'Standard Version' of the game. Despite my receipt and proof of purchase stating clearly PRE-ORDER: Ace Combat 8: wings of Theve. I then messaged them again to clarify this to be told that they didn't include the pre-order bonus in their advertisement (bullshit I have Autism and a photographic memory) Had it not stated I would get the pre-order bonus I would not have purchased the game from them. Now I have been left with no option but to contact trading standards as Loaded believe it is acceptable to take money for pre-orders and then change their website which clearly showed the bonus' and then play dumb. I will also be cancelling the pre-orders of Dawn of War 4 which I placed with them as these are likely to also not come with the pre-order bonus. The only reason you're getting one star is that I can't choose to give you none.

verry good deal ! :p

Low Price!

Legal, fast and easy! nothing more to say! recommended! i will use it again!

Quick delivery (well, almost instantly) and no problems activating the game on steam. Worked perfectly.

Easy to order, plenty of options, immediate use & a discount thrown in. What’s not to like!

I like discounts
Reliable shop

Great platform ar great prices👍

cheap price and easy to buy the game i wanted

Loaded is a brilliant web site for discount games for all platforms, I use it for Steam after getting my Steam Machine and the savings are well worth it.
Codes are promptly delivered, transactions are seamless and you are offered multiple methods to pay including Paypal. Also as an incentive they do a loyalty scheme as "Koins" which will over time offer additional discounts.
Highly recommended and great value!

Ive had no problems cheaper then Microsoft store. Every game ive bought ive had no problems

Normally I have no problem with the site. It may run low on keys but that is fine. But most recently I have been waiting on a game that is already out, has been out for several years, and hasn't been delivered. I wrote in to support because they're supposed to be helpful and was told "We will keep you in the loop. Please reply to the email if you have any questions or to check in." I replied to it later that night. Nothing. Tried again the next morning, nothing. Wrote a new ticket, got an instant response. This has been the case, after waiting for 2 days and getting told "It is being looked at. We are trying to figure out what to do." I purchased the game from a different site and requested a refund.
