I am a wierd figure who got removed from linkedin which led me to look for a platform that could aggregate my social media.

i love linktree. i think its easy, effortless and gives a digital business card look that alot of ppl need right now. the team seems amazing. my fav feature is the built in qr code. its just a no brainer to put the code on ur business card.

I really appreciated the patience, professionalism, and willingness of the support team to investigate an unusual billing issue. Both Maricor and Nyle took the time to review the account information, answer my many questions, and involve the billing team when needed. Although not every question could be fully answered, I felt they made a genuine effort to get to the bottom of things. Nyle was especially helpful in clarifying the situation and making sure my concerns were addressed. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I’ve been a loyal customer to linktree on their pro plan for 5 years and the price has more than doubled since then including a 50% increase from last year alone. This is absurd considering a lot of the features on the pro plan I don’t even need, yet the features I do use aren’t available on the lesser tier plans. My plan is scheduled to auto-renew in early December and I think paying $144 for an entire year is way overpriced. I thought Linktree would do better by their long time customers. Very disappointed and considering ending my plan.

Excellent experience with Linktree. I recently engaged on a social media platform and chose Linktree to handle the logistics referencing connection multiple platforms. I changed my mind due to new business venture. I requested a refund via email from Linktree and it was done in less than 5 minutes of my email. They didnt try to sell something else, etc. It was straight to the point.

Linktree is still a great tool for entrepreneurs and creators alike. No complaints so far!

i was completely stuck trying to get my Stripe connected this morning and fully expected to get sent in circles by a chatbot.

instead, a real person emailed me back in literal minutes and walked me through the exact steps. getting actual support when you're on a tight client deadline is everything.

having all my brand info in one clean, aesthetic hub without paying for a custom website just makes my workflow so much easier. so relieved.

I really love how professional they are but talks to you great. Speedy replays and fixed my issue in less than 5 mins. I will someday hope to get enough money. For their pro. Very nice people.

What I thought would be a headache to ask for a refund, turned out to be mindful and a great experience.
Linktree is a professional site with professional customer service when you contact them.
I didn’t require their services and used my private account to confirm the cancellation and refund.
Joann, the adviser, checked and advised whether I had another linktree account and that’s when I realised why my original message to cancel some time ago failed.
Joann was helpful and informative. They made my experience pleasant and the refund process commenced within a day.

Thank you Joann for showing me what a high end professional company Linktree is. If I ever need a business account again I’ll most definitely be using your site to link with people and products.

I gave 200% to customers when I worked in retail many years ago in my early 20’s. Thereby, recognise stupendous service when received.

Avoid at all costs. Another scam subscription racket. My wife received an email invoice out of the blue, having no knowledge or experience of this company. She thought it was a scam and ignored it. Then a payment was taken. When she contacted Linktree she got an Ai bot which said they had no record of her email address (in spite of sending her a spurious invoice). I notice other reviewers have previously suffered the same experience. Why on earth has no one shut these thieves down?

I haven't ever subscribed to link tree and I didn't realise they were taking money out of my account. When I told them of my concerns and told them to not take out any more money out if my account. Guess what they did. Do not subscribe or ever visit ther site as this shows as you have subscribed steer well clear of this company. They did communicate really well telling me it was too late for refund. Ombudsman has been informed

Linktree is a great way for me as an Artist to share all important links and information about myself on one place without having my own website (costs!). Support is also always fast and friendly, also with a free account. Great service!

I needed a refund for the yearly subscription and they were extremely responsive and got the job done in literal minutes(via email no less). Appreciated their help so much.
