The fly in the ointment was that we were delayed considerably in getting off but were not told why or for how long

Check-in and both sets of customs went smoothly, both with short queues, and our train left on time. So much better than the last couple of times when we've had half hour queues at customs and hour long delays for the train.

Ease of check in, passport control and boarding.

Excellent service, very efficient and well managed. I use thus service twice a year.

Convenient and quick, although we suffered a 30-odd minute delay. Needed to speak to an advisor during the booking process and he was excellent.

Went to France yesterday and a hour delay because the trains wasn’t even 1/4 full
Come back to day. I’m not allowed on train early because I bought a day return ticket

I’m sueing le shuttle for health and safety issues as the internal door didn’t lock or even close.
Can’t wait for my company solicitors to get their teeth in to this. Shower of shit once again.

Speed of crossing is good. Let down on the French side by unclear boarding instructions. Different train options been given to different parties with same ticket type and train time. Trains are showing their age. Nowhere near as smooth as my first crossing many years ago!

Easy access ,getting through the entrance on both sides of the border.both sides of immigration polite,couldn't fault any thing to be honest

Not very impressed they give you a 1 hour time window on a standard fare but when it’s quiet they run a single track putting passengers together then routinely 3 hour delay

Very smooth throughout. Able to get earlier shuttle and still able to visit duty free and facilities.

Late both directions… poor communication via electric signs.

Time and time again you get there and then they move you round to the departure queue then notify you an hour delay. Not acceptable. There is never any recompense but hey you arrive late and you have to purchase another ticket. The price has gone up as the service goes down!

We were put on earlier trains both times! Staff were friendly and helpful full! Train was stacked quickly!

Beware when booking, I ended up paying twice because the payment page didn’t give me a booking reference but returned to the payment screen. Because there was no confirmation email I assumed the payment had timed out and made a second one. The payments were only 10 minutes apart but I didn’t receive a full refund which I think is very harsh
