It was with some fear and trepidation that I ordered a leather jacket online. I’ve had trouble with other vendors who take advantage of trusting consumers. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised. The jacket is really good quality. I’ve worn it a couple of times - it looks sharp and it didn’t cost me a whole lot. These guys are honest you can have faith in their business dealings.

My husband loves his new work bag! It's the Crazy Horse Cow Leather Messenger bag. He needed to replace a leather messenger bag he'd had for 10+ years, and he's very particular. This bag has all the pockets he needs, without having so many that things get lost, and he loves the leather quality, sturdy construction, and overall look of the bag. We are both really happy - it looks great!

I just received my new crossbody bag from JamesLeather and absolutely love it. The leather is really high quality and the construction and zippers are excellent.

Shipping was horrible. 4 days in a row it went out for delivery and 4 days in a row it was marked as exception and returned. on the fifth day when I finally got it, the box was seriously damaged, as was the packaging it was shipped in. so disappointed for $300 jacket that was supposed to be a gift. I now have to purchase a box to put it in. Please use a different company. Until then, I won't be purchasing from you again. Also, you really should have an option for photos included in your reviews. Because I've got photos of the damaged packaging and box.

I bought two bags with the idea of returning the one that I didn't like and the responsiveness and ease with which the return was handled and refunded was top-notch. Gitte was very resonsive and helpful and I absolutely love the bag I kept (my second one purchased over the years). Great products!
