All the garments are too small
All the garments are too small. The shirt is too tight and the sleeves are too short, the trench coat is tight around the shoulders chest and back areas and the sleeves are short, and the pants are tight around the thighs. The materials are great though its a shame that the fit is off.

My UPDATED rating is 3.5 stars.
After completing the full support process with Hockerty, I want to provide an updated and balanced review of my experience.
My original order arrived a couple of days later than the committed delivery date, which meant I couldn’t use the garments for the event they were purchased for. The initial jacket and trousers also had significant fit and construction issues, including uneven elements and sizing problems. The trousers, in particular, could not be corrected through local tailoring.
However, after going through the adjustment process, the finished jacket now fits very well and has genuinely great build quality. I also want to acknowledge the perseverance of Jonathan Blasco from customer service. Although the process required multiple rounds of clarification, he remained engaged and consistently worked to move the case toward a resolution.
Based on my experience, I recommend that customers plan for two things when ordering from Hockerty:
Expect a few extra days of delivery delay.
Plan for a week of local tailoring to achieve the final fit.
With that timeline in mind, the end result can be very good, but the process may require patience. My rating reflects both the challenges and the quality of the finished jacket.

Hockerty partner arrangements
I was told by Hockerty to go to a partner and I would get my shirt altered at no extra cost. My Wife took the shirt to the partner on Govan Road Glasgow, and was advised that Hockerty had not contacted them, and I would have to pay for the alteration. The Partner measured the shirt at 20 inches when it should have been as ordered 18.75/19 inches. And said that they could not reduce the collar from 20 down to 18 inches. I have had to revert back to Hockerty for my next steps, The shirt may have to be remade?
I'm not happy with the fact there did not appear to be any written agreement between Hockerty and the Partner with regard to alterations and how they should be handled.

I ordered a suit for my wedding
I ordered a suit for my wedding. It was too big, the fabric was frayed, and looked incredibly cheap. Did not look like the photos at all. Very poor quality. Looks like a 1970s leisure suit. This suit was totally misrepresented on their website.
A waste of over 400 dollars. Throwing it in the trash and starting over. Buyer beware.
Support was no help to rectify.
