Everything is ok but would like better access of the info given from advisor. The phone number given disappeared before I had time to write it down.

cancelation
I have informed Hemed that I was no longer able to continue the treatment due to finantial problems, but they didn’t seem to care, saying they would charge anyway, and if there is no funds in the account, they would charge again in 24hs and proceed to cancelation after that.

Great Service & Experience
From the initial questionnaire through to delivery, the service and process has been quick & easy. I have always been kept updated and the app makes it easy to manage and reminders to check in or change dosages. Would highly recommend.

Beware their unethical and unscrupulous practices.
I signed up to HeMed in late May 2026 with a view to losing weight via their medication programme. I subsequently did not progress with it, electing instead to achieve weight loss via conventional diet and exercise.
I had not appreciated that on signing up I would be automatically charged for the medication they recommended, even though none has ever been prescribed to me, or delivered to me.
It was only on checking my bank statements recently (in mid-September) that I discovered they had charged me on joining in May 2026. Having used other weight loss medication providers I believed I would only be charged on despatch of any medication, as other providers do.
On contacting HeMed they initially asked me why I didn't want to progress with their programme. When I advised that I felt I didn't need the medication any more they responded with an offer of a 'Valued Member Discount'. I declined (I don't feel I need the medication any more) and was advised that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of the £164 they had taken from me in May 2026 because I had not cancelled within their 14 day cooling off period. (Their website and response to reviews here states that as being 21 days suggesting some inconsistency in the terms and conditions they rely on.)
They also informed me that I could not have a refund because a blood test kit had already been sent to me. Despite my advising that I hadn't received any such test, let alone completed and returned it, they insisted they couldn't refund me. (They have provided tracking evidence of the test being delivered but I never received it.)
As I pointed out to HeMed, I could proceed with the blood test if they sent me a replacement kit, but I didn't feel I would pass their clinical checks for the medication given the change in my health/weight. Whilst content to proceed to have that verified by their clinical team, I pointed out that it wasn't the best use of our collective time and resource, only to achieve the same outcome: clinically I would be ineligible for their service and therefore due the refund I had requested.
Nompoli - their customer 'support' agent - was insistent that I would not be eligible for a refund and subsequently cancelled my account. Thus it appears someone not from their clinical team can dictate a person's eligibility for medication.
I share this review in the hope of a positive resolution with HeMed. Although I propose to pursue the matter with the regulator and the Small Claims Court if necessary, there is something highly unethical about their operation. I have been charged for a service I never availed of and that no clinician has ever assessed or prescribed.
As a clinically led service it is deeply worrying. There are other weight loss providers out there so do consider carefully the ethics of those you choose to 'support' you.

TOTALLY DISHONEST
TOTALLY DISHONEST - AVOID.
After TWO emails cancelling account, app, and any "orders" theses crooked traders denied receipt of one of the emails, I have both emails on record. Four clear days later these crooks forced an order on me whilst I was talking live to customer "support". Shocking treatment of a loyal customer that complied with ALL their complex protocols. I'm hoping my credit card company will help out. She/HeMed have admitted serious issues with their "service" providers which I guess have been dumped - AT OUR COST. I'm off to the trustworthy TheFamilyChemist.co.uk with professional service and good prices.

Account closed when it’s shouldn’t have
Approximately two weeks ago, I contacted HeMed to cancel my account because I am due to go into hospital for an operation. I was advised that a clinician would contact me to discuss my prescription. During that conversation, the clinician recommended postponing my account rather than closing it, in case I needed to restart Wegovy after my operation. I agreed to this arrangement.
However, on Monday morning, I received an email stating that my account had been closed. I was then unable to log my weight or medication through the check-in service on Monday 14 September. I reported this through your online contact form and was told that someone would contact me. I followed this up again on Wednesday but received no response.
On Friday 18 September, I telephoned HeMed and spoke to two colleagues. One colleague was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was trying to explain the issue. The second colleague was helpful and advised me that a clinician would contact me by email that day. I am still waiting for that contact.
Until today, I was unable to access any service through the app. I have now also noticed that HeMed has taken £139 from my bank account, despite my understanding that my prescription and account had been placed on hold. This has left me without access to essential funds.

Last year I tried monjarro with a different company and had problems so came off it. Hemed were offering a blue light deal so I went for wegovy. Totally different experience. After the initial consultation my first pack arrived with laxative tables, wind ease tablets, antacid tablets and a lot more. From march to now I have lost 22lbs with now problems. Hemed answer my question quickly and monitor my progress. Excellent company and recommended.

Very disappointing delivery service
Very disappointing delivery service
I ordered my medication from HeMed on 13/09, with the expectation that it would be delivered the next day. Unfortunately, as of today, I still have not received my medication, and I have also received no information or update regarding the delivery.
If a next-day delivery service is advertised, I expect that commitment to be met, or at the very least, customers should be informed promptly if there is going to be a delay. Being left without my medication and without any communication is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I hope HeMed can improve its delivery service and, more importantly, its communication with customers when orders are delayed.

More cons than pros
Edit 28th Sept
I wanted to add a new comment that despite submitting cancellation 5 weeks ago. HeMed tried to charge me for a new pen today. Thankfully I had change card details to one with no money in so the payment was rejected. The sign up is great but a nightmare to cancel. AVOID!
Pros- I think the sign up process is clear and easy. The video calls to set up and check ID and initial weight is good. I also like the initial blood test and the pack of over the counter treatments for common side affects.
Cons- HeMed are one of the pricier companies for Mounjaro. I probably wouldn’t have left a review but I dislike their process with me leaving. I took out a 3 month subscription and after buying the 3 monthly pens I told them I was leaving. Despite no longer being in a plan the cancellation notice is 21 days! They say it’s in the terms but not obviously so. But this means you have to cancel after 1 dose out of a 4 dose pen which feels over the top.
They are also very keen for you to order your next pen. This usually starts after 1 dose out of 4. This gives little time to decide if you want to make changes to dose.
As part of the logging process when taking a jab you have to scan the qr code on the medication box. As my wife is on a higher dose I assumed I had a safety net that if I scanned her box by mistake that I would get an alert that it wasn’t my medication. One day I accidentally took my wife’s dose. The app tracked that I took a different dose but didn’t flag the fact that it wasn’t my prescription!

Extremely unprofessional and careless.
My experience with HeMed has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The communication was unclear, the instructions were contradictory, and the support team failed to provide basic guidance at crucial moments. Despite following every step I was given, my blood sample was not processed, and I was later told I would need to repeat the entire procedure, without any acknowledgement of their own operational failures.
To make matters worse, HeMed deleted my account without my request, leaving me unable to cancel the subscription or request a refund through the app. Their customer service repeatedly shifted responsibility back onto me, even though the delays and lack of information were entirely on their side.
HeMed refused to issue a full refund, claiming that “services were delivered,” even though the actual test was never completed and the process was mishandled at multiple stages.
Overall, this has been an unprofessional, frustrating, and poorly managed experience. I cannot recommend HeMed and would advise others to be cautious before using their services.

Beware the tie-in periods in their subscriptions.
This isn't an online pharmacy, this is a company looking to sell you a subscription to something, with small print and 21-day cancellation periods, because once they have your credit card they just go on charging you.
Their prices changes are sometimes surprising, and invariably opaque. Good introductory offers, then the prices rise... When I tried to cancel on price grounds they offered me a year-long tie in, at a £60 a month increase on what I'd already paid.
Customer service is prompt, because they want to sell you stuff. And the app is good to be fair, it's just the deal and the tie-ins let it down.

I would NOT recommend.
A lot of hoops to jump through to get the medication. You are not told about any of this until after they take payment. I tried to cancel and was told they were prepared to give me £20 back. I took the first dose since I was paying for it and said that was it and did not wish to continue. They took the next payment anyway as apparently I have to cancel through the app which I deleted. Cancelling through the app isn't easy as I've just done it and apparently even that has to be reviewed and approved so I still don't know if they're going to be dipping in to my bank account again.
