Before you travel
- Payment card: you'll need a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. Accepted cards and deposit amounts vary by country and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.

Great experience
Great experience, staff were very helpful and car was great. Got seen to in good time and was on my way, however…. Was told the holding fee when paid by credit card was 7-10 days when realistically it was 30 days!! When I rang and queried after 3 weeks was told no usually 30 days. So not sure why I was told 7-10 days.

Worst car rental experience I’ve ever…
Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had in my life. 54 years old. Mother is dying and I tried to move the dates forward a couple days. They said absolutely not. “You a promotional deal and you cannot cancel” unbelievable. The lady was so rude. Read the fine print with these guys. Shocking.

Very good price
Very good price, they didn't push the extras. The car was near new. They are located away from the airport, so needed to be picked up by shuttle. They dropped us off in our rental on return, so that was an easy experience. The agent spoke good english.

Pick up was from a ver busy location so…
Pick up was from a ver busy location so there was a queue and a delay. I was not in a particular hurry however, but I would imagine this can be an inconvenience to some customers. Staff were very helpful, particularly with upgrades. I have also mentioned before, that as a Premium Plus customer I do not understand the need to wait while the vehicle is inspected (albeit a fairly minor inspection) on return.

I liked everything in terms of service…
I liked everything in terms of service and friendliness of the staff. What I did not like was the effort I had to go through to get my deposit back. I believe that the responsibility is 100% on your side to see to it that your customers get the deposit back and not for us to go through a lot to prove to you that we did not get the deposit back.
