Don't fit natural boobs. And for beeing a serious company, but I have to pay for the return and I don't know if I get money back for the things i returned? NEVER going to order from this ever again

Excellent customer service. Had some problems with the boxers, as they were a bit odd quality. They didnt hesitate and gave med compensation asap.

Super good quality - so I bought 30 boxer underwear plus socks. Will order more now that I know that the brand has this super good materials as other more expensive brands. Can highly recommend to buy men’s underwear!

They are selling things that are apparently out of stock, even though their website claims they have them.

I've been waiting several days for them to ship, and when I first contacted them, they said they were waiting for a restock. It would be decent to apologize more sincerely. I ordered things from another brand and had similar stock issue but they sent a gift and apologized profusely for the wait.

Im not impressed with this company as of right now.

Uncomfortable, impossible to make a return. You need to pay up til the same as the worth of the product.

The delivery took twice as long as they said. The 'Tailored Ease' pants did not live up to the expectations. You also have to pay for returning the order. I'll never shop from Frank Dandy again.

Size is not at all what i expected. Do not buy the Bras they do not fit unless you have fake tits. Also there is no way to shere/rate your experience on the site.

I liked their underwear. For some reason they didn't bother adjusting their exchange rate for Switzerland. Now if I would order, I'd have to pay 30% more than if I'd order to a german address, and this is before shipping and taxes! I sent them a message, but they didn't reply yet. I hope they reconsider this.

In trouble once

Always happy with FD but once I received the incorrect items they were fast and very smooth in "complaint" process. Sent a picture of the incorrect stuff, they even said to me to keep it and directly sent new ones.

Bad return of the products and they sent 2 orders when i only ordered1, had it with klarna and reported a return but have taken me 4 weeks and nothing happens, I contacted them and got 2 same answers when I ask about when I will get my refund and how long it will take for the package to get there.. Never going to buy from them again

I wanted to return my items, I contacted them via their contact form twice for the return address as mentioned on their web page for returns.

I never received any address to return it too.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from there. Bought 2 lingerie sets and the sizing was a mess and quality mediocre. The sizes vary between the sets, size S too big to wear whereas XS really small. Upon ordering you won't get a confirmation email with the order number. They won't offer you free shipping or return, and returning became more expensive than the initial shipping. I ordered 2 times to try to find a fit, but even the second order was unuseful because the sizing was so unreliable. They haven't refund my return (of unused items). Worst experience ever ordering anything online.

Shipping was ridiculously long, when it did arrive my order was incomplete. The products are cheaply made and wrapped individually in plastic also.

I ordered my goods on Jan 2. FrankDandy confirmed and stated a 2-4-day delivery time. I paid in full, but my order is still undelivered to date (10 days later). The tracking link that FrankDandy sent to me was invalid. Not happy at all. First and last time I'll order anything from them...
