I Love The Car , And I Love How Convenient This Is However It Somewhat Becomes A Scam, When The Mileage Comes In Affect. The Miles quickly adds up and it’s like you go from having so many to spending so much

Everything is good so far, the only thing I would change is just having a mass plate not out of the state plate

Flexcar literally saved my life. My car got totaled in a hit-and-run and I was left with nothing — no way to get to work, no way to move forward. I was about to lose everything.

Then I found Flexcar. I prepaid for thirty days and suddenly I had a car again. A 2025 Kia K4. I could drive to work, keep my gigs going, and start rebuilding. It wasn't just transportation — it was a miracle at the exact moment I needed one.

The app is easy, the cars are clean, and the whole process was painless when I was already drowning in stress. If you're in a tough spot and need a car fast, don't hesitate. Flexcar came through for me when nothing else did.

I recently picked up my first Flexcar a week ago and so far it’s been a great experience. The purchasing process was very simple and easy and my vehicle was ready within 5 days. I received pictures of my vehicle the day before pick up and on the day of pickup my vehicle was ready and parked in the front. The pickup process was very fast. I was in and out within 10 mins. The thing I will say is to really think about the mileage because they do run out fast.

So far so good, I had a nail in my tire, they fixed it next day and changed the brakes on the car. If you need an all inclusive car situation, I would definitely recommend Flexcar so far💯

I'm not sure why there are bad reviews, because so far it's better than I expected. Seamless, and if you compare other car lease companies, they're much more and you're stuck with that car for a while.

I give 2 rating because the condition of car is good.

I picked up car from Chestnut Hill MA location, and had to wait 30 minutes for the concierge.

Then I learnt that there is a membership fee of $250 after 2 weeks trial. I rented for one month but have to return before 2 weeks to avoid this membership fee and lose 2 weeks of rental.

On top of that, there is a 49$ return fee at this location which was not specified anywhere or at any point of time!

Total waste of money and hidden costs.

I would tell the next person thinking about getting a flex car that this experience helped me keep my job it was a stress free experience as a grown man I had to hold back the tears it’s harder to rent a car than getting a flex vehicle believe it

From beginning to end it was a seamless process. I was in and out in about 15 minutes tops. They explained how the process works, the do’a and dont’s and then I was handed my keys . Love it . I recommend ..10/10

I picked my car up October 1 and it has been amazing. Everything has been going so great. Also, I would like to let anyone who's thinking about using Flexcar that it is worth it. Don't know why I have waited so long, but I will refer to any and everybody I am enjoying my car. THANKS, FLEXCAR

Services amazing I got it handed in my ID car was ready. Just had to wait a little while yhey changed the tire. Other than that. I did my little walk around checked out the vehicle. Ask the questions I need to ask. I got all the answers I needed. The only thing is if you do a lot of driving, you might wanna update the miles from 850 to 1200 other than that everything was magnificent.

A friend of mine turned me on to this way to purchase a car to get a car I think it needs company is awesome they are friendly very helpful very courteous and the prices are reasonable and it's very very convenient no all maintenance no none of that no insurance it's all included one bill you just go pick up your car and they will see if you if they don't have your car where you're at or you can go drive it back go pick it up yourself and you can get any car you want if they don't have it they will get it for you which is awesome

It was such an easy process. We’re loving the SUV we got it has all the extra features. Best way to get a new car.

I am unhappy. There was no confirmation the day before pickup, something could change for 10 days after their last email. Was unable to reach, cannot confirm. Driver showed up at the time of the pickup. I prefer if they contact customer a day before, e-mail, text as it is customary in business they are in. Needed to leave earlier. Waste of money, they refused to reimburse.

I had a great experience picking up the car! The process was smooth, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the process and took the time to answer my questions. I really appreciate how everything was handled and how excited they made me feel about the car. The only thing I would adjust is price of the mileages or increase mileage, it can get expensive really quick. I would definitely stay with the company longer. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them to others!
