Terrible customer service.

I ordered a table and tried to cancel the order just a few minutes later, but I was told cancellation wasn’t possible. Instead, I had to wait for the package to arrive and then return it at my own expense. I returned it unopened 25 days ago, but I still haven’t received a refund, and my emails have gone unanswered. I’m extremely disappointed with the service.

never got my package, they won’t refund or reply to emails. do not buy. you WILL get scammed. i’m pretty sure all of the good reviews are paid.

I ordered and paid for the items 29 March and I have contacted Estore’s customer service several times but I still haven’t received the order 30 May. The customer service just repeats the order is on the way. 2 months is too long time to wait. I’ll never buy anything from Estore again.

Do not order from this store. I received a defective product that is not usable. I contacted support, but returning the item is impossible — they offer absurd solutions instead of a proper refund. Terrible return service. Rating: 0.

Great quality gym set. the product feels new even after using for more than a month. It was a bit expensive though but I am happy with it.

5 days to send the order - when u try to cancel they claim its already sent although track n trace tells another story - They do not answer the phone and way to long to respond on mail and not helpful with order cancelation they will rather lie to u as a costumer

Don’t ever buy anything from this site! They don’t send your order and they don’t answer calls, e-mails og chats.

I ordered micro usb till usb type-c adapter for 78.00 kr, but eStore.nu sent me a USB c to micro USB adapter.
when I called to complain they can't check what they gave sent, asked to return it but returning cost more than the order cost and they refuse to refund my order either!!!!
I reported this to konsumentverket.

I have not received any updates regarding my order that was placed on 10th of August yet! I wrote to support but it’s 4 days of silence also. Can someone help with my order?

Ordered the chair on the 1st of August. Haven't received it yet :) Do not buy anything from this place.

9 days have passed since I placed my order, nothing is happening.
Impossible to trace the order, call service during opening hour but is always closed, sending emails but I am not reveling any answer.
So far horrible experience hopefully not a scam

The price of the item was great. Ordering and delivery process was easy and smooth.

However, the item that I ordered didn't work very sadly. It seemed an initial defect. So, I was sad I paid for nothing. Returning process is abit awkward so, I still keep the item on my hand.

After I wrote a review about my order experience, the customer service of the shop wrote to me indivisually and asked me what happened. I explained everything. Then, surprisingly they helped me alot and made a refund for me even including the shipping fee that I paid. Unexpectedly my problem was all solved and I am happy and even impressed their customer service. I can recommend you this shop. They are very faithful.

Doesn't get better than this. Keep it up.
