Disgusting scammer company!
Avoid them if you don't want to pull your hair every day waiting for them to not even show up by the end of they day.
They missed two appoitments and lied about it in the tracking information...
I am now sitting here in stress because my customers cannot recieve their important orders in time.
A big problem with the delivery of the shipment. It was 10 sheets with a total weight of 750 kg. After nine days of waiting in vain for the shipment and two calls that the goods were on their way, which turned out to be false, I was forced to arrange the transport of the goods myself. So I paid for it twice, once to the company Emons, which did not deliver it, and once to the company that brought it safely and in order. Moreover, the behavior in the Emons warehouse when receiving the goods was arrogant, with threats (that we can be glad that they do not want a warehouse): take the goods and get out.
I had a very bad experience with this delivery company. A delivery date was booked, and I stayed at home waiting for them, but nobody came. There was no proper communication, no clear explanation, and no reliable update.
What made the situation even worse was that the tracking website kept being updated with information that did not reflect reality. It stated things that were not true, including updates suggesting that I had confirmed or arranged something, when I had not. This made the situation very frustrating and confusing.
I tried to solve the issue, but the company was difficult to reach and did not provide helpful support. As a customer, I should not have to chase a delivery company after they fail to appear on a booked delivery date.
Overall, I found the service unreliable and unprofessional. Missing a booked appointment is already unacceptable, but updating the website with false information makes the experience even worse. I would not recommend this delivery company.
Lost my bike. Were telling me it is on the way for two weeks after they lost track of it. Avoid!
