Love the pants and shorts! Super comfortable without being restrictive. Soft and easy to work out in. Shipping was incredibly fast. 10/10 will be ordering again.

The fabric is EXCEPTIONAL! It is extremely lightweight and feels so so durable, it also doesn’t hold onto sweat which is a big positive for me. I’m a size 16-18 and I bought a 2XL and it’s a little tighter than i’d like so size up for sure but the quality 1000% makes up for it!!

Echt quality and products are always top tier, postage is exceptionally fast and I really enjoy all my orders I get from there. I don’t buy from any other activewear brand because I know I can rely on Echt

Purchased multiple items from them. When my package arrived it was short and pair of leggings. When I contacted them to have this rectified they refused to send me out the leggings or give me a refund saying that there was no discrepancy in the weight with australia post. The package weight with australia post was 1.4kg which is the same weight as my package with the missing leggings. The best the could do was to offer me store credit and a 15% coupon on the guise of good will (like they were doing me a favour) which meant I have to repurchase the leggings at a higher price and pay more money. This company has no integrity and will rip you off.

⭐⭐ Disappointing quality and restrictive return policy

This was my first ECHT order and unfortunately I was really disappointed with the overall quality for a brand I had expected to be premium activewear.

I ordered seven items. The four bottoms look nice enough on and I'll wear them, but the fabric feels much cheaper and thinner than I expected. Having recently purchased activewear from other Australian brands, the difference in fabric quality and overall finish was immediately noticeable.

Unfortunately I was unhappy with all three tops. The green crop has a high zip/collar that presses into my throat and the sleeves pull when using the thumb holes. The taupe crop sleeves extend approximately 3 inches past my hands, and the black ultra-cropped jacket pulls underneath my arms and turned out to be far shorter than I expected from the product images.

The overall presentation was also underwhelming. The order didn't have the quality feel I expected from the website and branding.

I contacted customer service and explained the specific problems with the three tops. I was told that because they were Final Sale/Clearance they could not be returned, exchanged or even returned for store credit, and that my feedback would instead be passed to their Production Team.

I understand a clearance policy for a simple change of mind, but it is difficult buying clothing online when there is effectively no recourse if the fit, construction or quality turns out to be substantially different from what you expected.

The designs photograph really well and the bottoms do look good on, but based on the quality of the seven pieces I received and my experience trying to resolve the issues with the tops, I wouldn't purchase from ECHT again.

Terrible customer service..they sent me the wrong item and when I try to follow their own return process am told it is a clearance item and not able to be refunded! Luckily I used PayPal. Rude customer service. Avoid.

I cannot stress how terrible this brand is. They have absolutely terrible customer service, terrible communication (either AI responses or no response at all), a sneaky and impossible "returns" policy and their clothes lose quality after a couple of washes. ECHT is the worst brand I have ever experienced.

Has to be the worst customer service ever, not only uneducated but rude and arrogant, good way lose customers! Received a faulty item believe it may have been a return as not tag no invoice, Sent many photos as proof but they are being very difficult and will not supply a return label, ladies shop elsewhere and there products aint that good anyway and way overpriced!

Materials are poor. Could buy the same thing from shein which is a shame as Echt would sell decent leggins years ago.
Received stock, took it out of packaging and realised poor materials requested return within the day. Rejected. No reason.
Anyway now a pair of very expensive shein leggings. At least I know not to buy from them again.

I tried on echt pants and didn’t like them so packed them straight away and returned them. I recieve and email saying they found a pull in the pants. They can’t return and expect me to pay $10.95 to get my damaged item back, even though I paid extra to get free shipping. I’ve never recieved service like this my whole life from other stores and this was the first time I shop here. Never again. Be careful if shopping online they inspect items thoroughly to try find damage but don’t inspect items when they send them out.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Extremely slow communication, constant excuses, and zero accountability when something goes wrong. Instead of taking responsibility and helping the customer, they make the customer deal with the consequences of their own (Etch) mistakes. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional. I will not be purchasing from Etch Apparel again.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered the mint flare pants because the colour shown on the website looked beautiful. What arrived was completely different—a dull, unpleasant grey vomit green that looked nothing like the advertised colour. Instead of handling the return professionally, the company made the process unnecessarily difficult and told me I had to prove the pants were actually the item they sent me, before I could process a return. I was also expected to pay the return postage, even though the product did not match how it was presented online. Deceitful and disgraceful for an Australian company.

Horrible refund and return process. Extremely slow customer service compared to their competitors.

This company is a proper joke to deal with.
Horrendous customer service.
They got my order wrong and made it out to be my problem, as the packer has “ticked” they’d packed all the items.
I sent photos and nothing. Follow-up after follow up.
Now over a month later, I don’t have my items of a refund.

There are several things wrong with this brand.

Firstly, the sizing of the items is completely inconsistent, which is why I wanted to initiate a return in the first place.

During the checkout process, I was prompted to pay an additional fee for "Free Returns". Although the items were on sale, I reasonably assumed that if I was being asked to pay extra for return coverage, it would apply regardless of whether the items were full price or discounted.

I was wrong.

When I requested a return, which was a difficult process in itself, I was simply told that because the items were on sale, I was not eligible for one. I understand that many retailers have a no-returns policy on sale items. However, if that is the case, why is this brand charging customers an additional fee for returns at checkout when those items are not eligible to be returned?

This is misleading and lacks transparency, particularly for an online brand that relies on attracting and retaining new customers. Customers should not be offered and charged for optional return protection if it does not apply to the products they are purchasing.

The Refund / Exchange process is an absolute nightmare & they actually charge a refund guarantee. I get better service for free. There is no direct contact customer service. It's a very long delay. It's inconsistent with their status vs. actions. If you're unsure DO NOT BUY, it's not worth the headache

Great quality ATROCIOUS Customer Service!!! Because of the lack of customer service, I would never purchase from them again! Returns are a nightmare if wrong sizing .. they do not respond and make it near impossible to return/ exchange

I 'was' a repeat ECHT customer and have spent hundreds of dollars with the brand over multiple orders, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write.

I purchased two matching Arise Essential sets that initially fit perfectly..after only a handful of wears (no more than 4 times in total) and following the care instructions (cold wash and air drying), both sets lost their elasticity, compression and support.

The shorts became loose during movement and the sports bras no longer provided any support.

I contacted ECHT initially seeking advice, not a refund. Over the following weeks, I cooperated with every request for information, including providing photographs, care details, wear history and offering to return the garments for physical inspection if required.

The experience then became more disappointing than the garments themselves. My claim was repeatedly delayed, I was advised it had been escalated to management with an expected two-business-day turnaround, yet weeks passed before I received a final response. Ultimately, my claim was declined based on ECHT's internal assessment, despite the garments only being worn a handful of times and cared for correctly.

I understand not every claim can be approved, but I expected a much higher standard of customer service, communication and willingness to investigate from a brand I'd supported for so long.

Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded my confidence in ECHT, and I won't be purchasing from them again.
