REFUND MY MONEY
I am waiting for my refund for the product out of stock for more than 2 weeks! All emails sent on the website or Instagram are completely ignored .. do not buy anything there it is a big scam

I am waiting for my refund for the missing items for almost a month! And they either ignore me, or promise to solve it "in 1-4 days". It's unacceptable!

Horrible company, I ordered 4 shampoos each around 18 euros, got totally different product and after many emails and phone calls I just gave up! This company is a scam!

I placed an order on druni.pt on November 20, with a delivery time clearly stated as 48 to 72 hours.
However, my order was not even processed for several days, and I finally received it after 33 days, which is completely unacceptable.
During this time, I contacted customer service multiple times and never received any response.
Due to this excessive delay, I requested cancellation and a refund, but my request was completely ignored.
This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience: no respect for delivery times, no communication, and nonexistent customer service.
👉 I will never shop at Druni again and strongly do not recommend this website.

Untrustworthy company. Won't send you your things and will ignore you to avoid giving you your money back. If you risk it, pay with paypal so you can dispute, otherwise you won't ever see your money again.

This shop is happy to sell to you but once they make a mistake you can forget about your money - their support is nonexistent.
I purchased a supplement product from them and received the same brand but the amount was 30 instead of 100.
I emailed to them about this mistake but was ignored and never got a compensation. Not that I care much, the product is very low quality anyway.

Terrible company I purchased a large size perfume called Fever by Jimmy Choo. When I opened the perfume on my Birthday it smelled awful nothing like Fever. It was really horrible and very disappointing.
I contacted the company 6 times and got no response from them at all.
Recently after sending another email stating I going to report them I received a message saying it was outside their timescales and there was nothing they could do.
It's really disgusting they purposely chose not to respond.
Don't buy perfumes from this company especially offers.

Worst experience with an online order in my life. I placed an order on August 2, received an email on August 6 that my order would be shipped, but I never received anything. The tracking link stopped getting updated on August 11. It was not clear at all where the package was at that moment.
I emailed Druni twice and even emailed the shipping company, but I never received a response in return. I have opened a PayPal dispute to hopefully get my money back from this order.
I don't like to leave negative reviews and usually don't do this, but this is the worst experience I have ever had with an online store. If you are thinking about ordering something here - don't!!!

Despite the fact that the package was sent on time, due to working with TIPSA I never received my package, the delivery attempt was never made.
My Emails are also being ignored. Incompetent store and not serious attitude. There is no care about their customers.
