The website claimed that the product would dye my hair brown to black... but instead the color I got after dyeing was dark green!

Don't expect a refund when something went wrong with shipping your order to you!

I have placed two orders at CG before, because I like their products. I had no problems with delivery and my beard actually improved. However!... The last time I was not home when they tried to deliver my order. My package was sent back to Denmark without my consent and that was the end of it. I placed an order on 27th of April . 4 months I have been waiting. I never received my order, I never received a refund. They NEVER pick up the phone. They responded to my emails but never actually refunded me or send me a new package.

The delivery part, that's on the post office, but not sending me another package or a refund AND not responding to phone calls and lying in their emails about refunding me. Thats on them. Order at your own risk

Easy to place the order and quick delivery

The growth products are effective, they have worked for me. It's taken a while for the hair on the sides of my face to grow but it is picking up. Also I've found it highly effective for growing chest hair, by using the activator, cleanser and roller on the pectoral area. Faster results than on face, for me

The money back guarantee is absolutely not real

Don't expect to get your money back or even a gift card. They will argue with you for weeks and still not live up to the promises they make. Very disappointed in this brand and would recommend everyone to STAY FAR AWAY from them

Everything about CG Grooming was good. The products are great and the quality met my expectations. The only issue I had was with the shipping, as my order took longer than expected to arrive. Because of that, I’m giving 4 stars. Overall, it was a good experience.

Their chat is AI, trying to get hold someone is impossible. Prompts me someone will get in touch soon.

I have been using your hair serum for about 3.5 years now and have been very happy with the results! I wasn't expecting much for hair growth but I've been pleasantly surprised. It takes time and consistency but I have had some definite new hair growth that wasn't there before.

Order arrived quickly with minimal fuss and the product has been stable for years. The shampoo CPH Grooming sells is rather good and recently I have learned to combine it with KMS Head Remedy (first pass with it) to keep my dandruff in check but finishing off with CPHG for really nice hair.

One star off because the pills I bought seem bit sus because 'if you have allergies chat with your doctor' -- wdym? "I bought a supplement from the internet, wdyt doc?" I think they have been fine but bit unsettling.
